Last Episode
On the last episode of Y&R, Summer caught Kyle & Audra flirting, Sharon proposed a merger with Adam, and Jack had a family meeting behind Ashley’s back.
Devon & Abby’s Penthouse
Devon finishes packing up the last of the penthouse but leaves a picture of Neil and another of their family on the sofa and some vinyl records on a shelf.
Abby comes down the stairs, and Devon says there are so many memories at the penthouse.
Devon says she’s a big part of it because they fell in love with each other there.
He says it’s time to make new memories, and they kiss.
The Neil Winters Jazz Lounge
Lily tells Daniel she always envied Devon’s place and is excited to move in.
Daniel says she probably has a lot of ideas for what to do with it.
Lily says that Devon is going to leave it furnished for her.
Daniel says if she needs any help, she can always ask him; after all, she’s Queen Lilliana.
Summer walks down the stairs and sees Lily and Daniel kissing. She looks flustered.
Sally’s GCAC Suite
Nick tells Sally that part of him cares for his brother.
Sally says that wasn’t that hard to admit.
Nick says that he may not trust Adam, but he loves him even though Adam has let him and their family down so many times.
Sally says that Adam has a knack for letting people down, but hopefully, Nick will help him become who he’s supposed to be.
Nick says that Victor will never give up hope for Adam, and he respects that as a father.
Sally asks if he thinks Adam can do it.
Nick says he has to consider it; Victoria is trying to squeeze him out of Newman.
Sally says that she agrees with Victor, Adam needs his help, and he should say yes.
Crimson Lights
Adam is surprised that Sharon’s proposing a merger of their companies.
Sharon says that Kirsten Incorporated is a tech company and is a perfect match for McCall.
Adam asks why Cameron left her the company.
Sharon says she’s given up on figuring that out.
Adam asks where the merger idea is coming from. He wants to know why she thinks partnering up is a good idea.
Sharon says that after the whole Cameron thing, she wants to start on a new path. She initially wanted to sell the company but is looking at it differently.
She thinks that Cameron leaving her his company is a sign to make something good out of the bad. She says it’s galvanized her, and she has a new passion for making something of the business.
Adam says anything is possible.
Sharon says she could create new jobs and create a difference.
Adam says she sounds serious about it.
Sharon says it’s not the same business as she’s used to, but she has a focused vision.
Adam says she doesn’t need him to make Kirsten into a big deal.
Sharon says they could be more lucrative together.
Devon & Abby’s Penthouse
Abby asks if she’s told Devon how special he is to her.
Devon smiles.
Abby says she knows that moving is hard on him, but he’s doing it for Dominic. She says that the penthouse will always be special to her too.
She says she’s happy they can come back and visit Lily whenever they want to see it.
They take one more look around, and Devon asks if she’s ready.
Chancellor Park
Chloe tells Chelsea that taking over as Creative Director at Marchetti is a big win.
She says she could make some deals with Marchetti, and maybe they could get a line on Phyllis’s designs too.
Billy comes into the park and tells Chelsea that she has to say yes.
Sally’s GCAC Suite
Nick says that Sally agreeing with Victor is a “switch”.
Sally says that she initially didn’t think Adam needed Nick’s help, but she read Adam’s letter, which touched her.
Nick says he thought she threw Adam’s letter away.
Sally says she did… Until she didn’t.
Nick says he doesn’t need to read it. He asks how she felt after reading it.
Sally says it was a cry for help; Adam wanted to work with her.
Nick asks if she met with him.
Sally says she didn’t but has a different perspective on what Adam’s going through. She says Adam suffered a loss too.
Nick says he’s glad she sees it that way.
Sally says that Adam needs someone… And that someone should be Nick.
Crimson Lights
Adam says he has a broad vision for the company, but his vision doesn’t include a partnership. He says that she could work with Nick as a consultant.
Sharon says she’s not interested in that. She says it’s cost-effective and wonders why he’s not interested. Sharon says that it would balance them both.
Adam laughs and asks if Sharon thinks he’s unbalanced. He says her concern is about Ava and Sally and he doesn’t need her pity.
Sharon says there’s no pity, just partnership.
Adamk says he’ll question her every move and their evolving friendship will be blown to hell. He says he’s unwilling to risk it as she’s one of his only friends in town.
Chancellor Park
Chloe tells Billy she was giving Chelsea a pep talk.
Billy laughs and says that he agrees with Chloe… Chelsea should take the position at Marchetti.
Chelsea says her time with Omega Sphere is almost over, and she loves fashion and design. She’s excited that the company is well-established and says she needs to “run it by the boss” first.
Chloe laughs and says she must be talking about Connor.
Chelsea says that’s right… Hopefully, the news will help break Connor out of his shell.
The Neil Winters Jazz Lounge
Summer says she loves Phyllis, but their mom is frustrating.
Daniel asks if Phyllis is ready to come home yet.
Summer says they need to find Carson, the EMT, and Michael is looking for him. She says that Phyllis apologized for everything.
Daniel says that’s a good thing. He says that Phyllis unleashed and ready to solve all Summer’s problems sounds like a bad time.
Summer says the healing can begin when Phyllis is home safe and free.
Daniel wonders if Kyle will forgive Summer.
Summer says Kyle may not forgive her, and he’s now working at Newman Media for Audra, who’s a “shark”.
Daniel says it will take time for Kyle to get over it.
Summer says maybe once Phyllis is back, Kyle will be more receptive. She says they’re in a holding pattern; all she can do is let it go.

Devon and Abby meet Lily at the bar.
Lily asks if they left her new home in good condition.
Devon laughs and says they did. He left some jazz albums and pictures of Neil at the penthouse.
Lily says she’s looking forward to it.
The Neil Winters Jazz Lounge
Daniel tells Summer that it must be heartbreaking to deal with Kyle moving on… He had to deal with the same thing with Heather, but it was too little, too late.
Summer says she hopes it’s not too late for her and Kyle. She says that they always got back together no matter what she and Kyle went through.
Daniel says she has her hands full.
Summer says he has to promise he won’t screw up the good thing he’s got going with Lily.
Daniel holds his hand in a scout’s honor and says he promises never to screw things up again.
Sally’s GCAC Suite
Sally says Adam reached out, but it didn’t seem manipulative. She says she feels bad about the way she brushed him off.
She says he’s been going through pain with no support from anyone.
Nick says that Adam brought that on himself.
Sally says Adam could go into “that dark place” and doesn’t want him to do that.
Nick asks if she’s going to talk to him.
Sally says she’s not sure that she’s the one that Adam needs to talk to, but he needs someone.
Nick says he’ll think about working at McCall with Adam temporarily.
Sally says she doesn’t want Nick to make career choices based on what he thinks she needs. She says again that Adam needs Nick.
Nick says that Adam has issues, but he’s not needy.
Sally says that Nick said he needs a good place to land if he doesn’t go back to Newman and that McCall might be the best place.
Society
Lily tells Abby and Devon the penthouse is fabulous as it is, but she may need to paint a few walls.
Abby passes Lily the keys to the penthouse.
Lily is honored and excited for Devon and Abby as well… Going to live in the Chancellor mansion is a big deal.
Lily says she will check out the albums they left her, and she leaves the restaurant.
Outside, Lily gets a text from Daniel telling her he’ll meet her at her new place.
Crimson Lights
Sharon tells Adam she understands why he would be concerned about their friendship.
Adam says that talking like that makes it sounds like she pities him.
Sharon says it’s not as risky to their friendship as Adam thinks. She asks if he’ll give it a shot.
Adam says even though everyone expects him to fall apart, he’s not saying no. He can see there might be some value in Kirsten’s company, and he’ll consider what she suggests.
Sharon says that’s all she asks of him.
She looks pleased with herself as Adam leaves the coffee shop.
Society
Devon and Abby clink their glasses in a toast.
Adam walks into the restaurant and asks them what the occasion is.
Abby says they’re moving into the Chancellor Mansion, and Lily is moving into the penthouse.
Adam asks what Lily is doing with her place; he’s looking for a place to live.
Abby says she’s not sure, but Adam should contact her.
Devon asks what Adam is doing with McCall Unlimited.
Adam says he’s streamlining it and preparing to take over Newman Media.
Devon says he’s seen McCall’s books… Adam’s got a tough fight ahead of him.
Adam smiles and leaves the restaurant.
Lily’s Penthouse
Lily comes home and finds Daniel there.
She laughs and asks how he got in. She looks around and sees roses everywhere with Champagne on ice.
Daniel says that he wanted it to feel like home to her.
Lily thanks him. She asks if they should properly christen the place.
Daniel says they should. He picks up some champagne.
Lily puts on some soft jazz and smiles.
Chancellor Park
Connor enters the park dressed in a soccer uniform and carrying a ball. He asks Chelsea why she called him there.
Chelsea asks Connor how he did on the field.
Connor says he scored a goal.
Billy says he’s going to get some ice cream to celebrate. He asks if Connor wants any, but Connor says he doesn’t. Billy leaves Connor and Chelsea to talk.
Chelsea says that if he wants to talk, that’s fine.
Connor says that he doesn’t really want to talk. He asks if that’s all.
Chelsea says she’s been asked to be the new Creative Director at Marchetti.
Connor doesn’t look too impressed by the news.
Chelsea says she’d never take the job without talking to him first; she could be working longer hours and asks if he’s ok with that.
Connor says he’s fine, and she’s excited, so she should go for it.
Chelsea asks if he needs time to figure out his feelings.
Connor says they should have some pizza later to celebrate. “YOLO!”
He says he has to get back on the field. He leaves.
Billy comes back and asks how it went.
Chelsea says Connor was a little mellow, but it went well. She says she’s going to talk to Summer.
She and Billy kiss.
Lily’s Penthouse
Lily and Daniel dance and kiss, holding champagne glasses as smooth jazz plays in the background.
They run upstairs to the bedroom.
Chancellor Park
Summer asks Chelsea what she called her to the park for… Is there good news?
Chelsea says she’s considered Summer’s job offer and is interested.
Summer is delighted and says that something is finally going right.
Crimson Lights
Nick sits at a table with Sharon and tells her he’s considering working with Adam.
Sharon says she asked Adam to merge their companies together.
Nick is surprised.
Sharon says they’d be a powerhouse if they merged the tech companies.
Nick says it sounds good to him.
Sharon says if he works with Adam, it’ll be the three of them… Unless Nick and Adam kill each other.
Society
Abby says she’s ready to go home and start a new phase in their lives.
Devon says he’s excited too. They kiss and get ready to leave the restaurant.
They pass Adam’s table, and Devon stops and tells Adam that he doesn’t want Adam interfering and taking down his family’s company.
Adam says, “Whatever you say.”
Devon thanks Adam and leaves with Abby.
Adam gets a call. He answers, saying, “Newman Media will never know what hit them.”

I am tired of ppl holding what Adam did in the past over his head they do adam so wrong and dirty so of course we are going to defend him ok that man always get the short end always the villian
Adam is a loved person who want to be loved is not a villian ppl keep holding things over his head if they going to hold the things Adam did in the past then they should hold the rest of the characters in GC over the head about what the done in the past ppl do Adam so wrong and dirty that why fans are rooting for him the most bc he always get the short end
