Last Episode
On the last episode of Y&R, Phyllis prepared to turn herself in, Tucker worked an angle, and Summer and Daniel met with Michael.
Newman Enterprises
Nick walks into the office, and Victoria says she’s surprised to see him.
Nick says he wasn’t sure if she would have disabled his access card.
Victoria laughs uneasily and says he could always charm his way in.
Nick says he’s there to check on his support team she disbanded.
Crimson Lights
Adam is talking on the phone and saying that layoffs have to happen… C’est la vie.
Sharon and Sally both listen and watch as Adam talks on the phone.
Chancellor Park
Summer walks into the park and looks around for followers.
She meets with her mom, and they hug.
Phyllis, disguised in a hat and sunglasses, says she misses Summer.
Summer says they should run away… They could go anywhere without an extradition treaty to the US.
The Abbott Mansion
Traci tells Billy that every time she’s summoned for a family meeting, she wonders if it’s about something she’d done, making her worry.
Billy laughs and says he has no idea what this is about.
Diane offers them some pastries, but they both decline.
Jack asks them to sit, and Traci says that they can’t have a family meeting without the whole family.
Jack says the critical people are there.
Society
Ashley asks Tucker if he noticed Jack and Diane’s behavior this morning.
Tucker says that Diane and Jack stop talking whenever either of them enters the room.
Tucker places a box, adorned with a bow, on the table before Ashley and informs her that it’s not just a wedding gift, but also a weapon.
Crimson Lights
Sharon tells Adam it sounds like his new company is keeping him busy.
Adam says he wouldn’t have it any other way.
As Sally watches and hides on the indoor patio, Sharon asks why he’s firing people already.
Adam says he’s doing what’s necessary to take over Newman Media.
Sharon is surprised he wants to take over his family’s media company.
Adam says he wants to fold it into his.
Sharon says that baking and business are two different things. Adam gives her a curious look.
Sharon makes some allegory about baking, letting things rise, and how good things take time.
Adam shakes his head and leaves.
Newman Enterprises
Nick asks Victoria what happens with his crew when he comes back.
Victoria says they’ll “burn that bridge” when they reach that point.
She says Nick can follow up with HR if he has any concerns.
Nick says that Victor may not say it to her face, but he disagrees that Nick should have been forced to take leave. He tells Victoria that Victor wants him to work with Adam at McCall.
The Abbott Mansion
Jack says that Ashley announced her betrayal to the press before she told her family about the new company. He says that Ashley’s keeping them all in the dark.
Kyle walks into the room, asking whether they’re having a family meeting without him and Ashley. He asks for an explanation.
Crimson Lights
Sally tells Sharon she’s been meaning to thank her for the card and well wishes.
Sharon says they all had quite the ordeal that night. She says that she knows that Sally lost her baby that night and that it might be healthy for her to grieve together with Adam.
Sally says that she’s done with Adam, and he’s fine… He’s wheeling and dealing and firing people.
Sharon says Sally obviously heard Adam on the phone.
Sally says she’s given Adam all she can give. She leaves the shop.
Society
Tucker says that Ashley’s fondest wishes are in the box.
Ashley scoffs and opens the box. Inside is a ring holder, but there’s only a piece of paper with a phone number inside. She asks what the number is.
Tucker says it’s a guy who’s closing in on the EMT. He says he overheard Michael talking with Summer and Daniel about Carson.
He says that if he can find the EMT, they’ll use him to get Phyllis out of the mess she’s in, and she’ll be indebted to them.
Chancellor Park
Phyllis asks Summer how Harrison is.
Summer says she moved into a suite at the Athletic Club, and Harrison stays home with Kyle.
Phyllis says that Kyle will come around and find his way back to Summer.
Summer says she can’t talk Kyle out of this.
Phyllis says she feels responsible.
Summer says she is absolutely responsible.
The Abbott Mansion
Jack says he made a corporate decision to have a meeting, which doesn’t concern Kyle, as he’s no longer at the company.
Kyle says Jack kept Summer at the company and forced his hand so that he had to resign.
Traci asks everyone to take a step back.
Kyle says that “the great” Jack Abbott has spoken and let his will be done.
Jack says Kyle made his choice, he’s no longer with the company.
Traci says Kyle’s place is with all of them and he should stay.
Diane asks Jack not to interfere.
Jack says nothing.
Kyle leaves, angry, and Diane stares at Jack angrily.
Crimson Lights
Sharon comes out of the storage room and sees Victor. She jokingly asks where he came from.
Victor says that’s a long story.
Sharon asks Victor what’s behind his push to have Adam and Nick work together.
Newman Enterprises
Victoria tells Nick to stop making her feel guilty.
Nick says Nate’s ruthless; that must be what Victoria wants for a Chief Operating Officer at the company.
Victoria says she’s in a good place, and so is the company. She says that Adam could use Nick’s voice of reason. She urges him to work with Adam at McCall.
Chancellor Park
Phyllis tells Summer she made a lot of mistakes and she’s sorry. She says that she didn’t know that Summer still needed her.
Summer says that she and Daniel shut Phyllis out, so she feels some responsibility.
Phyllis says she wants to work things out. She’ll talk to Kyle…
Summer interrupts her and says no. She says Phyllis’s intentions are good, but she needs to work it out on her own between her and Kyle.
Summer mentions that Michael had told her that Phyllis might be coming home soon.
Phyllis says that Michael needs to find Carson.
Summer asks what changed… She had suggested they find Carson, but Phyllis didn’t want to do it before.
Phyllis says she doesn’t know what Michael has planned, but it was his idea, and he’s almost found Carson. She says it’s not too late for Summer and Kyle… Love always finds a way.

The Genoa City Athletic Club
Kyle walks into the restaurant and sees Audra talking on her phone.
He thinks back to when she offered him a job at Newman Media.
Audra tells the person on the phone that she’ll have to discuss things with her partner. She ends the call.
Kyle asks who the partner is that Audra was talking about on the phone.
Audra says that the partner she was talking about is Kyle. She’s manifesting their future.
Kyle says he’s thought about it, and he’s interested in her job offer.
Audra says it pays to be bold.
The Abbott Mansion
Diane tells Jack that he’s making things worse with Kyle.
Jack says that Kyle made up his mind to leave. He says that Ashley didn’t tell them what the company is about. He rants that Tucker must be behind it all, and Tucker probably wants to take over Jabot.
Billy says that Tucker and Ashley can’t do anything to hurt Jabot.
Jack says he wishes he could be that nonchalant. He says they have to act now, that they have to remove Ashley from the Jabot board. He asks who’s with him.
The GCAC
Kyle tells Audra she must like tempting him.
Audra says he likes it too. She says they have so much they could teach each other.
Kyle says it could be dangerous to mix business and pleasure.
Audra says they could infuse that energy into the company. She asks what he wants.
Kyle says he wants Newman Media.
Audra asks when he can start.
Kyle says he may take his time and make her wait.
Audra says he wouldn’t dare. She says they should have a rule… No looking at her “that way” in public.
Kyle asks, “What way?”
Audra says he has a look in his eye like he wants to take her upstairs… Too bad she has no time.
Kyle asks what the pay is like at Newman Media.
Audra says it’s negotiable.
Summer comes in and sees Kyle and Audra talking.
Audra asks Kyle how she can make him hers.
Crimson Lights
Sharon asks Victor if asking Nick to go to McCall is for Victor’s benefit, or whether he’s doing it to get the brothers back together.
Victor says he’s doing both.
Sharon asks if it’s fair to put Nick in that position.
Victor asks if she has another solution.
Sharon says she might.
Sally’s GCAC Suite
Nick knocks on Sally’s door and she lets him in.
Nick says he knows Sally was upset when he said he was talking about working with Adam, but he really needs her advice.
Crimson Lights
Adam comes into the cafe and asks Sharon what he forgot, as she called him.
Sharon says he forgot his manners; he never said goodbye.
Adam scoffs and says he’s got a new business to run.
Sharon says she has a new business too… Cameron Kirsten left her his business, and she has a proposition for Adam.
Society
Tucker tells Ashley that the phone number she’s holding is for the guy who could fix the whole Diane situation.
Ashley’s not sure.
Tucker says they can set Phyllis off and have her go after Diane.
Ashley says Phyllis went rogue and brought Stark to town… Phyllis doesn’t know how to stop.
Tucker wonders how much trouble a single person could make. He says Ashley likes risk.
Ashley says she does, but not with Diane or Phyllis involved.
The GCAC
Kyler tells Audra she needs to be flexible with her offer.
Audra asks what else she could do to make the transition go smoothly. She promises to make him forget and give him something to…
Summer interrupts them and asks what’s up.
Audra says they’ll be in touch about that matter. She leaves.
Summer looks at Kyle, wondering what he’s up to.
The Abbott Mansion
Billy can’t believe Jack wants to remove Ashley from the board of directors.
Jack says Ashley could take her patents from Jabot and run like she did before.
Traci says that she’s with Billy; Ashley stays with the board.
Jack sputters.
Billy says it’s their decision to make. He assumes Diane will stand with Jack.
Diane says that Ashley and Tucker can only hurt them if they let them.
Traci asks Jack if the blood feud has gone on long enough.
Society
Ashley tells Tucker that it might be hard to get to Phyllis… She distrusts everyone.
Tucker says those are positive qualities when you need to manipulate someone. He trusts Phyllis to find a way. He says Phyllis’s very existence is a threat to Diane.
Ashley says that if she agrees, he has to ensure Phyllis is protected and won’t get arrested… Or die.
Tucker says Phyllis will be protected. If Ashley says the word, he’ll find Carson.
Ashley says she agrees. “Let’s get rid of Diane once and for all. Yes, yes, yes.”
Chancellor Park
Michael tells Phyllis they have to stop meeting like this, if the police see her, she’ll be arrested immediately.
Phyllis says Summer’s life is ruined, and she has to help her daughter. She says she needs his help and support.
Michael says it may take more determination than even Phyllis possesses to help Summer.
Phyllis asks if he’s found Carson.
Michael says they’re close to finding him; Phyllis has to hang on a little longer.
The GCAC
Summer asks what Kyle and Audra were talking about.
Kyle says Audra wants him to work at Newman Media.
Summer says he wastes no time. She blames Kyle for cheating on her before in their marriage.
Kyle says he was the CEO of Marchetti, and now he’s not. He’s looking out for himself.
Summer says that Audra is her brother’s ex, and he doesn’t trust her. She says Audra seems sketchy.
Kyle says maybe he has a type.
Summer says he wants to hurt her.
Kyle says he wishes her the best, but he’s doing fine with his choices. He leaves.
Sally’s GCAC Suite
Sally asks what would happen if Nick didn’t return to Newman Enterprises.
Nick says that Victoria would love it.
Sally asks what it’d be like if Nick went to McCall.
Nick says that he’d be a pawn in his father’s game, but it might be for the best because Adam needs Nick to help him out.
Sally says that’s unexpected… Nick actually cares about his brother.
Crimson Lights
Sharon says that Cameron left the company in a mess, but it’s her mess now. She says that life sent her a challenge that she didn’t expect.
Adam asks if she wants him to buy the company from her or something.
Sharon says she has the perfect idea… She wants to merge McCall and Kirsten and make a powerhouse with Adam.

I would like to see Adam Nick and Sharon run McCall together creating a new powerhouse company . And yes, I would truly like to see Victoria be taken down and removed from her seat at Newman Enterprise. Sbs is entirely to ruthless and outta of control and Victor let’s her g3t away with everything. Should have never let her get a hold of Newman Media after he gave it to Adam. Will he give McCall to Victoria too after Adam makes a success of the company?
I would like Victoria to be pregnant by Nate. That would piss off Victor and Nicki.Audra.Nick. That would be a lot of drama…..

Summer would be perfect for Liam off bold n beautiful but in reality I think bring on a new face for Summer I’d love to see Sharon n Adam merge their company’s nick should go to work with Sharon n Adam Sally n Adam made perfect couple bring another new face on for Nick I hate watching them go back n forth with exs
