Last Episode
On the last episode of Y&R, Summer slapped Kyle for sleeping with Audra, Adam & Nick agreed to work together, and Tucker pressured Phyllis.

Tucker asks Phyllis how she’s going to push Diane over the edge.
Phyllis looks around and sits down with Tucker, asking him to keep his voice down.
Tucker says it’ll be hard for her to pull it off convincingly.
Phyllis says she’ll take care of it.
Tucker says to win Jack and Kyle to her side… That’s the best way to make Diane self-destruct.
The Abbott Mansion
Diane sees Ashley in the living room. They sarcastically compliment each other on their clothes.
They make small talk for a minute.
Ashley says it will be a good day. Has Diane heard the news?
Diane talks about the weather, saying there’s a storm coming.
Ashley says that the biggest storm already landed… Phyllis is back. Doesn’t that make Diane’s blood boil?
Society
Phyllis tells Tucker she just made bail a couple of hours ago… She still needs time to lay the groundwork.
Tucker says Phyllis owes him a lot, after all, he brought Carson in at great personal expense.
Phyllis says she’s working on it.
Tucker says she should get Summer involved.
Phyllis says there’s no way they’re getting her daughter wrapped up in this.
Tucker says that she should get Kyle & Summer together; that would get Jack on board with her.
Phyllis says she’s not going to back down.
Tucker hangs Carson over Phyllis’s head again, saying he could disappear at any time, and reminds her that Christine wants to see her burn.
Phyllis says Carson’s already testified.
The Abbott Mansion
Diane tells Ashley that she knows Phyllis turned herself in.
Ashley says Phyllis is out on bail and doesn’t need an ankle bracelet like Diane did.
Ashley tells Diane that Phyllis could even show up there at the house, asking Kyle & Jack for forgiveness. She says she doesn’t think Phyllis will face any punishment.
Diane says Phyllis killed a man, and Christine won’t let that go so easily.
Ashley asks how Diane’s therapy went… She says it must not have worked, since she heard that Diane tried to strangle Phyllis the last time she saw her.
Diane says Phyllis has shown remorse by turning herself in. She’s ready to live and let live. She thinks Ashley would be happy if she could do the same and appreciate those who love her.
Ashley asks Diane to enlighten her with her wisdom.
Diane says Phyllis should just forget about her. She says that Tucker really loves Ashley, and she shouldn’t take it for granted because love can be fleeting.
Ashley says when Diane meets Phyllis face-to-face, she won’t be so calm… It’s going to be a different story.
Diane smiles and says she has to go. She leaves the house.
Society
Tucker tells Phyllis he paid Carson a pretty penny; all he’d have to do to make him change his story is add a couple of zeros.
Phyllis says she knows that Tucker is pulling the strings.
She says that she understands what he wants her to do and won’t get on his bad side. She wants to ensure that Summer won’t play a part in it.
Tucker nods in agreement.
Phyllis tells him to go chant on a hilltop with his monks; she’s got this.
Tucker says he can be zen or he can be ruthless… It’s her call.
Phyllis says she understands her part in the bigger picture but wants to know about his plan to bring Jabot down.
Tucker says she knows all she needs to.
Phyllis says not to worry… She’ll take care of Diane.
At that moment, Diane walks into the restaurant and approaches Phyllis and Tucker’s table.
The Abbott Mansion
Ashley gets a call from a “Brian”. She asks how things are in the big apple.
She says, “Jack did WHAT?!”
Society
Diane says she’s not there for a catfight. She welcomes Phyllis home and says they both fell prey to Jeremy Stark.
Phyllis says that’s true.
Diane says she’s not after Phyllis. She’s ready and willing to move on.
The Abbott Mansion
Billy walks into the house and hugs Ashley in greeting.
Ashley asks if he heard about Phyllis’s arrest.
Billy says he had.
Ashley says Kyle & Summer separated, and Summer moved out.
Billy says he heard about that too. He asks what she asked him there for.
Society
Phyllis takes hold of Diane’s hand and asks her if she’s “for real.”
Diane understands why Phyllis would question her sincerity.
Tucker says Phyllis should be wary since Diane was sent to prison because of her… Bygones won’t be bygones in this case.
He gets angry with Phyllis and Diane for treating each other so civilly. He pounds the table and tells Diane to tell Phyllis how she really feels… Doesn’t Diane just want to punch Phyllis in the face?
Diane says Phyllis has to deal with the consequences of her actions in court… That must be nerve-wracking.
Phyllis says she wants to thank Diane for her empathy.
Tucker says, “Really, Phyllis? That’s the best you got?”
Phyllis says it is. She says she’s leaving and wishes everyone to have a great day.
Diane says, “See? Truce!”
Tucker tells her it was a brilliant performance… Bravo! He claps.
Diane goes to her table and smirks at Tucker.

Ashley tells Billy she’s sorry things are so strained between them.
Billy says he’s sorry too.
Ashley says that people at Jabot see her as the enemy when the real enemy is upstairs sleeping with Jack. Speaking of Jack, why did he sneak off to New York?
Society
Tucker comes over to Diane’s table and says she gave a masterful performance.
Diane says she doesn’t care what he thinks. She asks why Phyllis and Tucker were together.
Tucker ignores the question and says Diane won’t be so benevolent when Phyllis’s charges disappear.
Diane tells him to go to hell.
Tucker says he’s been there… It’s overrated.
The Genoa City Athletic Club
Christine sits and thinks back to when she found evidence that Phyllis had rented a car and ran her and Paul over.
Christine told Phyllis that she must have seen Christine and Danny kissing, causing her to snap.
Phyllis said she’s married to Nick, and Christine was still living in the past. She’s sorry she stole Danny, but it’s pathetic that Christine was still thinking about how Phyllis stole Danny from her.
Christine says Phyllis tried to kill her, and she’d better be prepared that her life is over now… She’s going to prison.
Christine’s phone rings, snapping her out of her reverie. She answers, saying that she has everything under control, even in such a high-profile case.
Phyllis enters the club and walks up to Christine.
The Abbott Mansion
Billy says Jack didn’t tell him of his trip to New York, but Jabot has offices there, so he’s sure Jack has his reasons for visiting there.
Ashley says she finds it curious that the co-CEO doesn’t know why Jack’s in New York.
Billy asks if she’s taking her patents when she leaves Jabot.
Ashley says there are a lot of things to consider.
Billy says that Jack thinks it’s a threat to Jabot… Is there anything Ashley wants to warn him about?
Ashley says there’s not.
Billy sarcastically says they had a fantastic conversation. He gets up to leave.
Tucker comes in and says hello.
Billy says he’ll never get used to seeing Tucker there. He leaves.
Tucker asks what he missed.
Ashley says, “Trouble.”
The GCAC
Christine ends her call and says, “Well! Look who’s out and about!”
Phyllis says she knows Christine doesn’t believe her defense and will try to send her to prison forever.
Christine says she’s not going to bend justice to suit her… She’ll prosecute the case fairly.
The Abbott Mansion
Tucker tells Ashley that Billy’s not going to be a problem.
Ashley says Billy could be a concern. She says she got a call from a contact in New York who told her that Jack was meeting with attorneys to try to stop her from taking what’s hers.
Tucker says he looked through the documentation from the merger between her company and Jabot’s and found a few loopholes.
He suggests that they talk about their wedding… Didn’t she tell the family they’d have it sooner than later?
ASsdhley says it’s not time to have the conversation… She can’t plan a wedding while she separates the companies.
Ashley says that Diane wasn’t fazed at all when she talked to her.
Tucker says Diane was calm and reasonable when they talked, too, which threw Phyllis for a loop, but Phyllis responded to Diane calmly… He thought they were going to hug it out! He figures that it was a show from both of them.
Ashley asks if they shouldn’t trust Phyllis now.
Tucker says Phyllis still knows he holds the keys to her freedom. He says that they need to give Phyllis time. In the meantime, they should talk about their marriage.
Ashley says she wasn’t kidding when she said she doesn’t want to talk about it… She’s got too much going on.
Tucker says they had planned to throw Jack and Diane off balance with their marriage… What’s changed?
Ashley says she doesn’t want to use their wedding as a weapon anymore.
Tucker asks if having a real wedding is important to her now.
Society
Diane thinks back to when she met Phyllis in her suite at the GCAC, and Phyllis goaded Diane into attacking her.
Phyllis asked Diane why she couldn’t have stayed dead.
Diane got angry and told Phyllis that she had driven everyone away from her. They got into a physical altercation, ending up with Diane’s hands around Phyllis’s neck.
Jack sends Diane a text telling her he misses her, interrupting her reverie.
Diane smiles as she reads the message.
Billy enters the restaurant and sits down at Diane’s table. He says they have bigger problems than Phyllis being released from jail… Ashley found out about Jack’s trip to New York and she’s suspicious.
Billy tells Diane that if she’s not stepping down from Jabot, they need her help.
Diane says she’s about to become an Abbott, and nobody will hurt their family company without a fight.
The GCAC
Phyllis tells Christine that she hopes that their past won’t influence her prosecution.
Christine says being run over by a car can’t help but influence her, but she will follow the evidence, which will dictate Phyllis’s fate.
Phyllis says the EMT is going to testify that Stark manipulated them.
Christine says that the EMT already lied about Phyllis dying in the ambulance, so he’s not a very credible witness.
Phyllis says Stark was a monster and forced them to do his will.
Christine says they shouldn’t be having this conversation.
Phyllis says Christine is right; they shouldn’t. She heads to the bar.
Christine follows her to the bar and asks whether Phyllis has anything else she’d like to confess.
The Abbott Mansion
Tucker says he wants Ashley to give it to him straight… Have her feelings about their marriage changed? Yesterday she couldn’t even tell him she loved him.
Ashley says that her feelings have changed… She’s falling in love with him.
Tucker says he can’t tell if she’s sincere.
Ashley says it’s not a dodge. She doesn’t want to mess with the universe, good vibes only!
Tucker laughs, and Ashley asks why. He says that if it’s legit, he couldn’t be happier.
They kiss.
The GCAC
Christine tells Phyllis that she has a hard time believing she’d just turn herself in.
Phyllis says she was coerced by Jeremy to marry him. It was a risk to come back and turn herself in, but she trusts in the justice system.
Christine says that even though Phyllis seems contrite, she doesn’t believe that Phyllis would come back if she didn’t believe that she would get the charges dropped against her… As she leaves the club, she says she’ll see Phyllis in court.

Block head Ashley thinks she is in control. While she and Jack are fighting, Tucker is playing them both. And as if Phyllis will spend any time in jail. She is just a narcissistic ego maniac, she’ll make Christine feel sorry for her with her victimhood.
Due to the issues between CBS and Directv, I have to keep up by reading these spoilers.
I agree with the comment above from chris woods, with the exception I feel Tucker is only playing Ashley. Jack is on to what Tucker is trying to do.
I too, am experiencing the same issues with Directv and CBS. So I have to depend on these recaps. I’m so sick of the Diane&Phyllis, Ashley &Tucket saga. Need some new fresh ideas for this soap. How a woman attempts to mow down 2 people with her car and gets away with it, is beyond believable. Now, Diane spent a few days in jail for supposedly killing Phyllis, yet Phyllis has committed murder(self defense, bull) and she’s allowed bail and to walk the streets and still plan another attempt of ridding GC of Diane!! Move on already
Phyliss should go free, Diane got away with pretending she was dead, Ashley should wake up, because Tucker wants the company and the name. Audra should be caught by victor and he needs to expose her, And also expose Tucker And Nate.
