Last Episode
On the last episode of Y&R, Adam set a plan in motion, Audra lied to Nikki about breaking up with Kyle, and Victoria confronted her father over the company reshuffle.
The Abbott Mansion
Jack is on the phone with Ashley when Diane walks into the room. He gives Ashley a few meal and restaurant suggestions and tells her he loves her before ending the call.
Diane overheard the restaurant suggestion and asks Jack if Ashley is in Paris.
Jack tells Diane that Ashley and Tucker flew to Paris on Tucker’s private jet last night… They’re calling it their honeymoon. He says that any plans they had to start a business is on hold.
Diane doesn’t believe it.
Jack says that he connected with Ashley after Diane saved her life.
Diane figures that Jack needs to keep his guard up against both Ashley and Tucker.
Jack says their war with Ashley may finally be over, but there’s another one on the horizon.
The Chancellor Mansion
Abby asks Billy why he dropped over to visit.
Billy tells Abby he’s there to see Dominic, his step-nephew-in-law.
Abby laughs and says they should just call him his nephew. She says Dominic is at music class, and she’s sure Billy didn’t just come over to see his nephew. She says that she has some good news about Ashley and Jack.
Billy says he could use some good news.
Abby tells him that her mom is in Paris on her honeymoon and is moving forward with her life and focusing on her husband.
Billy says he’s not worried about Ashley. He thinks Ashley was right all along… Jack’s new wife will be a danger to Jabot.
Society
Nate raises a coffee cup to Audra, toasting to both of them surviving Victor Newman’s latest “corporate land mine.”
Audra says that Nate keeps his title, and she’s getting a demotion.
Nate says it’s better than being unemployed.
Audra says she had to do some tap dancing to please Nikki, but she thinks she’s won her trust.
Nate asks if Kyle was part of Audra’s conversation.
Audra says she gave Kyle some great reviews.
Nate says that’s not what he’s talking about… Does Nikki know about Kyle and Audra’s relationship outside the office?
The Newman House
Nikki welcomes Kyle and thanks him for joining her.
Kyle says he’s happy to talk about Newman Media and how he can help.
Nikki says they’ll get to that. Her smile drops off her face, and she says she wants to talk about what the hell he’s doing with his life.
They have a seat, and Nikki says she knows about his affair or whatever he’s calling it with Audra. She says it’s a good way for him to deflect the pain of his breakup with Summer, but Kyle knows how protective she is of her granddaughter.
Kyle says he understands.
Nikki says she asked Audra to end things with Kyle if she wanted to keep her job at Newman Media.
Kyle says that Audra broke up with him. He thinks back to how he and Audra had agreed to keep their affair a secret.
Nikki thanks him for confirming the relationship was over. She wants to discuss his future at Newman Media.
Kyle figures she will give him an ultimatum as well.
Nikki says it’s more of a plea… Don’t give up on Summer and their marriage. She wants him to find a way to work things out with his wife.
Society
Audra tells Nate that Nikki knows that she was seeing Kyle, and was told that she could continue the relationship or keep her job, and she wasn’t going to jeopardize her job over a “fling”.
Nate says he was checking, but he’s glad to hear it. Audra must protect her job at Newman and prepare for Adam’s retaliation.
Audra doesn’t see why everyone is intimidated by Adam… Newman is a global powerhouse, and Adam has nothing. What’s the big deal?
Nate says he admires her confidence, but she shouldn’t risk it all by playing around with Kyle Abbott.
Audra thinks back to when she “convinced” Kyle to go through with keeping their relationship a secret. She tells Nate that this is the opportunity of a lifetime, so… “Kyle who?”
The Abbott Mansion
Jack tells Diane that Billy’s been an emotional powderkeg and recruiting him to be their Trojan Horse was probably a bad idea. He says when Billy lies, he thinks everyone else is lying and comes out swinging.
Diane wonders what Billy’s endgame is.
Jack thinks that Billy wants to run Jabot once Ashley and Tucker take over because Diane was supposed to gain as much power in the company as possible and ruin the company.
Diane wonders how incompetent they think she is in business. She asks Jack if he thinks that about her.
Jack says he has absolute faith and trust in her and needs her by his side if things with Billy go the way he thinks it will.
The Chancellor Mansion
Billy tells Abby that he’s convinced that Diane will manipulate Jack into giving her more power, and Jabot will suffer for it.
Abby asks what Billy’s basing his suspicions on.
Billy says he’s looked at the post-nuptial agreement. He says the language in the postnup is very clever, and Diane could walk away with a piece of Jabot if she gets a divorce… It all hinges on her having a seat on the board.
Abby says Billy can’t be certain that’s what Diane is planning.
Billy says he’s not sure, but just in case, he’s working on a company by-law that would prohibit Diane from having a seat on the board for at least ten years. He needs a majority vote, and the danger is over. He asks if Abby is on board.
Abby thinks Billy needs to take a step back. He could be starting a war by doing this when one just ended between Ashley and Jack. She thought Billy was on Jack’s side.
Billy says he supports his brother, but Jack’s infatuation with Diane has caused him to throw his common sense out the window. They need a steady hand at Jabot because Diane could start going after bigger positions, including his. He asks what Abby thinks about Diane.
Abby says that her feelings changed when Diane married Jack, and she saved her mom’s life, which solidified her thoughts about Diane.
Billy didn’t know that Diane saved Ashley’s life.
Abby explains how Diane saved Ashley from choking.
Billy says that he’s not trying to start a coup… He wants to protect the company.
Abby says Billy will have to count her out.
The Abbott Mansion
Jack says that if Billy keeps fighting, he’s going to need Diane’s support.
Diane doesn’t think it’ll get to the point that he’s going to have to fire Billy, and if it does, she shouldn’t take his position; that’s Kyle’s place.
Jack says that Kyle left of his own volition. At least they know that Kyle will always want to protect his mom.
They hug.

The Newman House
Nikki tells Kyle that he fought so hard to get together with Summer; it’s hard to believe it could be over.
Kyle says it is over. He says Summer destroyed his trust by choosing Phyllis over Kyle and Harrison. He says that every time she left the house, he never knew where she was going, and love couldn’t overcome that deep mistrust.
Nikki says she’s sorry.
Kyle says he’s sorry, too, and he won’t be changing his mind, even if it means Nikki will fire him.
Nikki says she knows better than to force the issue.
Kyle asks where that leaves him at Newman Media.
Nikki says that Audra is impressed with his work, but if there’s a hint of unprofessional behavior between them, she’ll fire them both instantly.
Kyle reiterates that Audra broke up with him, and their relationship is over.
Nikki tells him to make sure it stays that way. She hasn’t decided what position Kyle will be in yet; she still needs to figure out where to best put his skills to use.
Kyle asks what skills she’s talking about.
Nikki tells him that he has the “coldhearted ability” to land on his feet without looking back, which can be a great advantage. She wonders why he didn’t use it when he left Marchetti.
Kyle says Jack didn’t see it that way.
Nikki says Summer told her Kyle decided to leave Jabot, not Jack. It makes her wonder if Kyle has the same self-destructive tendencies as Victor’s son.
Kyle raises his brow and asks if she’s comparing him to Adam.
Society
Audra tells Nate she’ll be fine… Nate should focus more on what he will be doing since Nick is returning to Newman Enterprises. She asks if Nate’s worried that Nick will turn Victoria against him.
Nate says he’s not worried. Victoria will always have his back because they share something special. He says they don’t just share a personal life but think the same in business, and it’s quite possible that Nick won’t take the job.
Audra thinks it won’t go as smoothly as Nate thinks when Nick comes back.
Chancellor Park
Abby walks into the park and sees Kyle sitting on a bench. She asks him how he’s doing with the shakeup at Newman.
Kyle says things couldn’t be better.
Abby doesn’t really believe it. She says he’s not fooling her, he can’t have gotten over the pain of his marriage that quickly.
Kyle tells her to stop. He’s sick of everyone bringing his marriage up and telling him how he feels. He says it hurt like hell, but he’s good now. Summer was holding him back, and now he doesn’t have to answer to anybody but himself.
Jabot Cosmetics
Billy walks into the boardroom and says hello to Jack and Diane.
Jack tells Billy that if he’s looking for a fight… Don’t bother.
Billy says that he just said hello.
Jack says he’s sick of the conflict and suspicion… It’s like Deja Vu with Ashley, but Billy’s not married to someone he despises.
Billy asks what Jack’s point is.
Jack wonders if they can do anything to stop the situation from escalating.
Billy asks Diane to give him some time alone with his brother.
Jack says that Diane can stay if she likes.
Diane says she’s fine… She has something to take care of anyhow. She leaves the boardroom.
Billy closes the door and says that there’s an easy fix… The board needs to put limits on Diane’s power at Jabot.
Jack asks, “How dare you?”
Billy says he read the post-nuptial agreement and thinks that they need to make sure there’s a by-law to ensure that Diane doesn’t come after his job or the company.
Jack says Billy’s got a lot of nerve to bring this up.
Billy tells Jack to think about it objectively; it’s smart business to make sure Diane can prove herself, and Jack would implement a similar rule if it were anyone else.
Jack says he is married to Diane and loves her. He trusts her business sense as much as her heart, which is more than he can say about Billy.
Billy says that’s no surprise since Jack never trusted him.
Chancellor Park
Abby tells Kyle that he’s avoiding the pain of his breakup with Summer.
Kyle says he’s dealing with it. Summer has her way of dealing with it, and he has his. They’ll always share Harrison. He says the world is wide open, and he’s looking forward to it.
Abby says she’s learned the hard way that it’s overrated.
Kyle tells her he’ll follow her lead and learn from his mistakes. He kisses her on the cheek and leaves the park.
Society
Nate tells Audra that she has to promise to behave regarding Kyle Abbott.
Audra says she already did that.
Nate tells her he’s serious… He went out on a limb to vouch for her, and she’d better not make him look bad.
Nikki walks in and asks how Audra would make Nate look bad.
Audra says Nate warned her to keep up her stellar performance at Newman Media so he wouldn’t look bad.
Nikki says Nate’s a big fan of Audra’s.
Audra says if it weren’t for Nate, she wouldn’t be working at Newman Media, so the appreciation is mutual.
Nikki says Nate and Audra spend a lot of time together for people who don’t work in the same division.
Audra’s phone pings. It’s a message from Kyle asking her to meet in the park for an “innocent” lemonade. She laughs.
Nikki asks if she just got some good news.
Audra says it was an inside joke from a friend. She excuses herself, says she must get to the office, and leaves the restaurant.
Nikki tells Nate it was nice to see him. She leaves, and Nate watches with interest as Audra walks away, typing on her phone.
Jabot Cosmetics
Jack wonders what’s changed between him and Billy. He says that a month ago, they were working to protect Diane from Ashley and Tucker, and now Billy’s done an about-face.
Billy says that he was working to protect the company, not to protect Diane, and Jack would realize it if he only opened his eyes.
Billy leaves the boardroom and closes the door behind him.
Diane is sitting in the lobby and asks Billy if there’s something he wants to say to her… Did she trade one enemy for another?
Billy says they’re not enemies; they both care about Jack, but he has an issue with her position at Jabot.
Diane says it’s not fair.
Billy says that Diane won’t settle for her current position, that she will want more power, and that Jack will give her whatever she wants. Billy says he’s the only one who will do anything to protect their father’s company. He leaves the office.
Chancellor Park
Audra enters the park and looks around for Kyle. She sends him a message saying that it’s hot and she’s waiting for her lemonade.
Nate follows and hides behind a column, watching Audra.
Crimson Lights
Kyle finishes buying two lemonades when Billy walks in. He says it’s none of his business, but Billy doesn’t look happy.
Billy says that Ashley & Tucker are on their honeymoon in Paris, and Ashley has said the war is over.
Kyle thinks that’s great. He says Tucker and Ashley will hopefully leave his mother alone now.
Billy is non-committal.
Kyle asks Billy what’s on his mind.
Billy says he and Jack are having a few executive “issues” at the moment.
Kyle wonders if their issues are related to Jack’s new wife.
Billy tells Kyle to worry about Newman Media, and they’ll worry about the family company… You know, the one that Kyle walked away from.
Kyle says that’s fine with him… Just don’t mess with his mother. He leaves the cafe.
Billy thinks back to his argument with Jack about Diane taking more power at the company and how Billy had conceded that he’d have Jack and Diane’s back until she gave him a reason not to trust her.
He recalls his conversation with Lily about how far Diane could take things and how he thinks Tucker and Ashley still have something planned for Jabot. He still figures he’d be best to run Jabot and protect the company.
Jabot Cosmetics
Jack gets a call from Abby. They make small talk for a minute.
Abby says she doesn’t want to alarm him, but she talked with Kyle at the park and is worried he’s heading down a “troubling path.”
Diane walks in and sees the worried look on Jack’s face.
Chancellor Park
Kyle walks into the park and sees Audra. He goes in for a kiss, but she stops him.
Audra tells him it’s too risky.
Kyle says nobody loves risk more than Audra. He says they’re just two co-workers meeting in a park for a lemonade break.
Audra asks if Kyle’s going to tell her about his meeting with Nikki… Or does she have to force it out of him?
Kyle says that sounds fun. He says that Nikki decided to keep him at Newman, but she doesn’t have a position in mind for him yet.
Audra tells him that she promised to care of him; he’s not going anywhere.
Kyle says only if they behave themselves.
Audra says, “In public.”
Kyle’s phone rings. It’s Jack who asks him to stop by the house as soon as possible.
Kyle asks what it’s about; he’s busy.
Jack tells Kyle that he and Diane want to talk to him about something very important.
Kyle says he’ll be there shortly. He hangs up, apologizes to Audra, and says he’ll meet her back at the office.
They’re flirting pretty heavily as Kyle walks away.
Nate walks up to Audra and says he had a feeling that she was lying to him, but it’s worse that she’s lying to Nikki Newman. Audra’s playing with fire.

The Mustaches Punching Bag to be Jackie Boys FACE 🤕🚑. But even then Jack will make idle Threats & tell Devious Diane that hell die for her 😡 & wants her in charge of the company with Kyle.😑
Since Lilly is going backwards,why don’t she get back with Ex-husband. He’s no worse then Billy Boy 🙄

There bringing back Grace, Mamie & Danny. Danny would mean we’ll Have to see more of Ms BELL, or shall I say Thee Cricket, I can’t remember her Other character name. They SHOULD bring in someone for the character Drucilla, after all they DIDN’T find a body. She could’ve had amnesia.
I’m sorry to say that I’m losing interest in Y&R. I haven’t actually watched it in
