Last Episode
On the last episode of Y&R, Adam & Sally made love, while Nick & Victoria decided to follow Victor as he pulled Nate deeper into his web of deception.
The Genoa City Athletic Club
Nate thinks back to his conversation with Victor when Victor had told him he felt his mind was slipping and to make sure that nobody, especially Adam, got word of it.
Mamie approaches Nate and asks if she can join him.
Nate asks her to sit and says there’s a conflict at Newman.
Mamie says Nate can keep drowning in the Newman turmoil, or he can realize that there’s more to life and move on.
Nate says he knows she wants him to come to Chancellor-Winters, but he can’t leave Victoria in the lurch.
Mamie says things are getting “ugly and deep.”
Nate says she needs to stop snooping.
Mamie says he can’t blame her for trying.
The Abbott Mansion
Jack sits down with Diane and asks whether she’s seen Ashley.
Diane says she hasn’t.
Jack figures that Ashley didn’t take his advice and is out seeing Tucker. He tries calling her, but Ashley doesn’t answer.
Diane says Ashley knows Tucker better than anyone else does, so if anyone has a chance at getting through to him, it’s her.
Tucker’s GCAC Suite
There’s a knock at Tucker’s door. It’s Ashley.
Tucker invites her in and asks when she got back.
Ashley tells him not to bother with the small talk.
Tucker says she’s rejected any of his efforts to reach out… Why’s she there? To find out what nefarious scheme he’s up to? He laughs and says he’s not up to anything, and he made that clear to Jack, too.
Ashley says she hopes that’s true.
Tucker asks if she’s there to chase him out of town. He says Billy and Jack tried it, but they failed miserably.
Ashley tells him that she’s there to say she’s sorry.
The GCAC Dining Room
Mamie tells Nate that some exciting things will be happening at Chancellor-Winters, and it’d be the perfect time for him to get in on the action since he’s unhappy where he is.
Nate narrows his eyes and says he never said he was unhappy. He thinks Mamie is glossing over some details… What exactly does she have planned for Chancellor-Winters, and why does she think it will make Jill’s head explode?
Mamie says, “All in good time, nephew.”
Nate doesn’t like that answer. He says the more Mamie deflects, the more he thinks she’s got a coup in the works… And that’s a bad idea.
Tucker’s GCAC Suite
Tucker tells Ashley he wishes he could believe her apology, but he doesn’t.
Ashley says she didn’t think it’d be easy.
Tucker says it seems too easy. He reminds her that she responded with an emphatic “No!” when he asked her if there was any way back for them… What changed her heart?
Ashley says she started listening to her heart.
Tucker says he sees through her. She’s hoping he’ll let his guard down.
Ashley says Jack said that he’d act like this. She doesn’t love anything about this, though, not even a little bit. It’s a struggle.
Tucker laughs. “Jack says…” He says that’s a treat, but what would Ashley’s apology look like?
The Abbott Mansion
Jack says Diane’s right… Ashley does know Tucker better than anyone else. He finds it hard to trust that she knows what she’s doing.
Diane says Ashley’s a grown woman and can make her own decisions.
Jack rants a bit, calling Tucker a “low-life son of a bitch” and other colorful phrases.
Kyle walks into the room and says he’s heading out to a job interview. The nanny will be taking care of Harrison.
Diane and Jack ask which company he’s interviewing with… Anyone they know?
Kyle says it’s nothing solid yet; he doesn’t want to jinx it by talking about it.
Jack says he’d love to find a way to get Kyle back to Jabot. Diane agrees.
Kyle says Jack could do it right now. All he has to do is replace Billy with Kyle… If Jack’s ready to do that, he’ll cancel his meeting in the blink of an eye!
Jack says he’s been thinking about it… He’s willing to offer Kyle the COO position, effective immediately.
Kyle says he doesn’t want the COO job; it’d be a demotion. He wants his old position back. So what’s it going to be? Yes or no?
Jack doesn’t say a word.
Kyle shrugs. “Enough said, thanks anyway, Dad!” He leaves the room.
Jack buries his face in his hands and rubs his eyes in frustration.
Diane says she can understand Jack’s frustration, but Kyle’s right… The COO position is a demotion; it’s a token position without power. She thinks the right thing to do is to fire Billy before he harms the company and bring Kyle back as co-CEO.
Jack says he gets it; he’d like Kyle back as well, but firing Billy could send him into a destructive tailspin, and Jack would be responsible for it. The company is Billy’s legacy, as well as Kyle’s.
Diane says Kyle has done the work and proven himself.
Jack says he wants to do the right thing.
Diane suggests Jack step down and let Kyle and Billy run the company, and then she and Jack could vacation for the rest of their lives.
Jack says it’s food for thought. He only sees one downside… How long would it be until Billy and Kyle were ready to kill each other if they ran Jabot together?
Chancellor Park
Kyle throws a soccer ball for Harrison to chase and thinks back to conversations he had with Audra. She’d offered him the co-CEO position at Jabot after Tucker took it over.
Flashback. Audra and Kyle would run the company together, but Kyle knew he’d have to betray his mother and father in order to do it.
Audra had told him that he shouldn’t settle for the crumbs his family was throwing him. She and Tucker could give him the chance he needed.
Kyle had told Audra that he was going to take control of his future and help her and Tucker take control of Jabot.
Kyle throws the ball back to Harrison… Badly. He hits the kid and laughs, saying it was a bad throw.
Audra walks into the park and says Harrison has talent, much like his father. She goes to kiss him, but Kyle looks at Harrison and says they should “hold that thought.”
Audra rolls her eyes, smiles, and says, “Consider it held.”
Kyle asks if the meeting with Tucker is still on for that afternoon.
Audra says it is. She called him earlier and left him a voicemail.
Kyle says he’ll assume it’s a go unless he hears otherwise.
Audra says, “Probably… Maybe… Maybe not.”
Kylee asks what she means… Is there a problem?
Audra says it’s Tucker… He doesn’t trust Kyle.
Kyle says he can’t blame him. He’s an Abbott, after all. He asks what he can do to change Tucker’s mind.
Audra says Tucker will want to put him through a loyalty test.
Kyle asks what kind of test it would be.
Audra says, “That’s to be determined.”

Tucker’s GCAC Suite
Ashley tells Tucker she hoped they could figure out the “I’m sorry” part together.
Tucker says she must know how she wants to convince him. He thinks they should just hit the rewind button, take it back to the Paris cafe on their honeymoon, and forget about their fight.
Ashley says she can’t… Not after what happened, and she’s not turning her back on Jabot.
Tucker says he figured as much; she made that clear, and she also made it clear she’s turning her back on the company they spent months planning.
Ashley says that’s true.
Tucker says she’s not sorry that she’s going back to Jabot, and she’s not sorry for taking a wrecking ball to their company… What exactly is she sorry about?
Ashley says they should be civil with each other.
Tucker snorts. Civil! She told Jack that he had terrified her in Paris! Would she like to apologize for saying that?
Ashley says he did terrify her. She’d never seen him that angry before. He was beyond angry!
Tucker says she rejected him… Of course he was angry!
Ashley says he took her change of heart as a complete rejection of him, but it wasn’t a complete rejection of him. She asks if he takes accountability for any of it.
Tucker admits he got mad.
Ashley tears up and says he was in a blind rage, and he made her afraid of him. His lack of regret for it tells her everything she needs to know.
Tucker says he had regret. Not for what he said, but he’s sorry for how he said it.
Ashley says that’s a step in the right direction. It’s a small step, but it’s something. She takes responsibility because it must have felt like she was tearing a part of his world from under him.
Tucker says it was more than a “part.”
Ashley asks him to look at her. She says it wasn’t calculated. They were both responsible for what happened between them. She’s not there to warn him or threaten him.
Tucker laughs. “Ok.”
Ashley asks Tucker to try to take a step and put their anger behind them.
Tucker asks what they’d do then… Her words sound heartfelt, but what is it that she’s willing to do?
Ashley says she doesn’t have any answers to his questions.
Tucker says it sounds like a misstep on her part. Ashley came over for a meeting with no idea what she wanted to get out of it.
Ashley says she was starting the conversation; she doesn’t know where it’s going to lead.
Tucker asks what she expects him to do.
Ashley says he could throw her out and slam the door behind her. Is that all they have left?
Tucker says, “Maybe. Probably.”
Ashley says he could take the first step like she is and agree they’re both to blame for what happened.
Chancellor Park
Kyle tells Audra that Tucker probably expects him to go home after their meeting and tell Jack what happened.
Audra says Kyle wouldn’t do that… Right? He’d be betraying her, too.
Kyle says he wouldn’t. Audra knows how discreet he can be.
Audra says she knows he’s ambitious and intelligent, and he knows that joining her and Tucker is an excellent way of guaranteeing his future.
Kyle doesn’t say anything.
Audra asks if there’s anything that’s stopping him.
Kyle shakes his head. He says he’s still on the outside looking in at Jabot, and he made it clear to his father that the only way he’d return to Jabot is if he replaced Billy. His father threw him a bone and offered him the COO position.
Audra says it’s a measly bone. She’s glad Jack passed on his proposition but can’t understand what he’s thinking.
Kyle says he does. His father believes in him, but Jack worries about what it would do to Billy.
Audra says that doesn’t make sense. She thinks Billy would land on his feet no matter what happens to him.
Kyle says that underneath his swagger, Billy has a dark side that comes out in bad situations.
Audra asks what kind of dark places Billy finds himself in.
Kyle mentions gambling and drinking but then says he doesn’t want to get into it. He has his differences with Billy, but he’s still his uncle.
Audra says Jack and Billy might implode if Tucker succeeds in ripping Jabot away from them. Is Kyle okay with that?
The GCAC Dining Room
Ashley enters the dining room and sees Mamie and Nate. She rushes over, smiling, and hugs Mamie, saying she had heard she was back in town. She hugs Nate, and they all smile.
Mamie says she’s sorry to hear about Ashley’s marriage.
Ashley chuckles and says, “Another one bites the dust.” She’ll be alright.
Mamie says she does not doubt that. She invites Ashley to coffee with her and Nate, and they’ll talk all about it!
Ashley says she’d love to, but she has some stuff to do at the house. Mamie should come over, and they could have dinner, just the two of them. Everyone would love to see her at the Abbott house.
Mamie says she wouldn’t miss out on it.
Mamie’s phone is lying face-up on the table. It pings and displays a message from Tucker. “We should connect this afternoon.”
Nate notices the message, but Ashley doesn’t; she’s busy in her purse. Nate narrows his eyes and asks Mamie if everything is okay.
Mamie says it will be when Nate promises to come over to Chancellor-Winters… And don’t expect her to give up.
Ashley says Mamie’s not kidding, but Nate probably knows that.
Nate smiles and says he has no doubt.
Ashley stands up and gets ready to leave. She asks Nate how everything is at Newman.
Nate says it’s business as usual.
Ashley laughs and shrugs. “Ok. I think I get that.”
Mamie tells Nate she’ll be in touch.
Ashley and Mamie leave the club.
Chancellor Park
Kyle tells Audra that Ashley returned from Paris last night.
Audra didn’t see that coming. She asks if Tucker knows that Ashley is back.
Kyle says he’s not sure.
Audra asks if Ashley had said anything about her plans for her and Tucker.
Kyle says Ashley plays it close to the chest… That’s just the way she is.
Audra can’t believe that Kyle didn’t ask Ashley about it.
Kyle says they only had a few minutes to talk.
Audra keeps pressing… Didn’t Ashley say anything about Tucker or their fight?
Kyle sighs. He says that Ashley warned him that Audra is using him.
Audra laughs. She can’t wait to hear how she’s “using” him.
Kyle says Ashley said that Audra and Tucker are just using him for information on Ashley, Jabot, and the Abbotts.
Audra says Ashley’s not wrong… Except for the “using” part.
Kyle says Ashley is right about one thing… Kyle is a great source of information, and his involvement in Tucker’s plan benefits them all. As long as he gets what he wants, he’s ready to see it through.
Audra asks if any seeds of doubt Ashley tried to plant in his mind took root. There’s no part of him that thinks she’s using him?
Kyle shakes his head. Nope. Funny, though, the symmetry… He says that his parents thought he was using Audra.
Audra doesn’t know what Kyle would have been using her for.
Kyle tells her they thought he was using her as a distraction from the pain of his divorce from Summer.
Audra figured that might be the case at first. She didn’t mind, but it made sense.
Kyle says the pain is gone, but he’s still there. He goes to kiss her but realizes his kid might be watching. He stops himself, to both his and Audra’s dismay. He asks her for more details on how Tucker plans to take over Jabot.
Audra’s phone pings. Speak of the devil; it’s Tucker, and he’s ready to meet Kyle if he’s still available.
Kyle says to tell Tucker he’s available to meet. He goes to say goodbye to Harrison and tell the nanny they’re leaving.
Audra calls Tucker and tells him she’s at Chancellor Park with Kyle. Quick heads-up… Ashley is back in town!
Tucker says that’s old news; Ashley just left his room.
Audra asks how it went.
Tucker says he’ll fill her in later. Right now, he needs her to bring her Kyle Abbott. He disconnects the call and throws his phone on the couch.
Kyle comes back and asks Audra if they’re good to go.
Audra says she just called Tucker and told him they’re on their way.
They leave the park.
The GCAC
Kyle and Audra walk into the lobby and meet Nate, who’s leaving the dining room.
Nate looks at Kyle and says, “Hey, weren’t you fired?”
Kyle smiles and says he was… Thanks for reminding him!
Nate chides Audra. He says that Nikki made it clear that if Audra wanted to keep her job, she’d do well to stay away from Kyle.
Audra asks what business it is of Nate’s. Why does he care?
Nate says she’s right… He shouldn’t care. He wishes them a good morning.
Kyle and Audra head up to Tucker’s room.
Nate watches them go up the stairs and pulls out his phone. He sends a group text to Lily and Devon. “We need to meet about Aunt Mamie.”
The Abbott Mansion
Mamie laughingly tells Jack and Diane she ran into Ashley at the Athletic Club and had to know how she was doing after her marriage fell apart.
Jack says Ashley did go to the club, then.
Ashley says she did, and she saw Tucker.
Diane asks if she’s okay.
Ashley says she is… She’s just a little jet lagged, is all!
Jack says he practically begged Ashley to stay away from Tucker… Tucker is a dangerous, volatile wildcard, and the last time she was with him, in her own words, he terrified her!
Ashley says she felt like she was the best person to get inside Tucker’s mind to find out what he’s planning.
Jack thinks Tucker figured out her agenda the moment he opened his door and saw her.
Ashley told Tucker she was there to allow him to apologize to her.
Diane asks how it went.
Ashley says it was fine… First steps were taken. She needs a coffee; she’s dying.
Jack begs Ashley to stay away from Tucker. He says she’s playing a dangerous game, and she needs to let it go.
Ashley gives Jack a “thumbs-up” and leaves the room, leaving Jack fuming while Mamie looks on, concerned.
Tucker’s GCAC Suite
Tucker thanks Kyle for meeting him. He gets right to the point, “because it saves time.” He says Audra told him Kyle would betray his family to secure a position at Jabot. Is that true?
Kyle says Tucker’s putting it bluntly. He wouldn’t put it quite that way.
Tucker says it’s a yes or no question.
Kyle says Audra’s right. He is willing to betray his family.
Tucker asks why he should believe Kyle is telling him the truth.

I sure hope they don’t make Adam the bad guy again H deserves a break. I think it should be Victoria and Nate who are the bad guys.
I agree. It’s boring when characters are pigeon holed to play the same thing over and over. I like him and Sally is much more authentic than she and Nick. It almost seems Nick went after her because of the rivalry actually.
Kyle is acting like a petulant child. Billy and Jack are the sons of Jabbot. He doesn’t deserve that role over Billy. He needs to wait his turn and stop being a spoiled brat. Lately, his character is rude, disrespectful and obnoxious. His wife lied to him. But, it was not divorce worthy. Grow a pair, Kyle!!
I totally agree,Adam never gets a break.Even when he gives his best.He should be with the one to win Sally too. They belong together, let Nick go back to Sharon or whoever.Victoria needs to be brought down a couple of pegs. She thinks she so high and mighty.Victor has everything right to run the company that he built from the ground up.
I love this show ever since they come on TV.
I lv this show have watched it for many many years.
I totally agree! Adam is sincere about turning his life around.
Adam’s turnabout is fake, but he is genuinely worried about Victor. Last week, Adam told Sally he wasn’t sincere about turning his life around. He was pretending in order to get revenge. He explained his fear that his father saw through him and was so devastated that Adam was trying to deceive him, that he broke with reality and that caused all the mental confusion and forgetfulness.
Nothing
It appears that Sally never stopped loving Adam, and I wish them well.
Mamie trying to pull her niece and nephews together to takeover Chancellor-Winters seems reasonable, but why join Tucker when he has broken up with Ashley? Telling Lily and Devon will give Nate a place to turn after Victor boots him out.
As if Ashley and Tucker had a fight. It not a surprise that Ashley suddenly returns, just as Kyle is going to stab his family in the back. And Mami puuullease, she is way out of her league. Devon and lily better watch their back.

Yes….I was excited to see Adam and Sally get together. I hope she guides him like before when they were together. Nick all high and mighty…ugh. Victoria is a witch just like her mother. She definitely needs to be brought down and Victor will finally open his eyes. Leave Adam happy!!
Make Adam the good guy.
He will be the one to succeed Victor.
It’s about time Sally made up her mind and stopped stringing Nick along. Hopefully it will work out this time for Sally and Adam. We shall see.
I’m so tired of everyone beating up on Adam. He genuinely wants to be a part of the family and all its parts. Stop putting him as the bad guy and let him win for once. Put him back either Sally and let the love shine!! They truly live each other. Kyle is headed for a full slap in the face. Audra is a backstabber and will do anything to get what she wants and step on who ever she wants. Tucker is a monster but I think he really does love Ashley.

I also agree. Adam needs to win on this one. Sally and Adam belong together. Nick needs to find himself . Victoria needs to be taken down along with her witchypoo mother Nicki.. Nicki is really nasty towards Adam as if her kids are made from heavenly toast.. maybe her new assistant will turn out to be a child of hers that she gave up for adoption during her stripper days.. She forgets she was not born without a seedy past.
So tired of everyone bad mouthing Adam.Just once I’d like to see Nikki be nice to him.So happy to see Adam and Sally together.
I agree, Adam is trying hard? but they want give him a chance. Nick needs to shut up and go back to Sharon where he belongs. I am sick of looking at Audra and Victoria. Kyle is a dummy if he thinks he going to get that position. Audra just using him. I think Ashley going to pull it off helping Jack with Tucker.
Yes, I agree that demonizing Adam at every turn, is boring on All My Children. The writers need to think outside the box & come up with some new & exciting plots. I get sick of all the judging of some characters. All of them have done some bad things in the past. None of them are perfect angels. Let some of the plots reflect redemption & some forgiveness among the characters and actors.
I agree, regarding Adam, he just cannot get a break from Nick, Victoria, or Nikki…not any of those 3 characters have ever played any of their games straight and narrow! Low excellent daytime Drama, but getting old that everyone thinks Adam is also the Screw Up Brother- . When he is not…his character (appears) he just wants to fit into the family and be an active part of Victor’s lifeI Come on writers lets give Adam a break! Let the change to a good one for Adam and hopefully his character will take a more and even stronger “NewmanRole” get Sally out of his life!
I think Audra and tucker should use up Kyle completely, to throw him off his thrown. And, Adam and Sally need to be together, for a long time. Nick and Sharon need to be together. Victoria also, needs to be thrown off her high horse. Too spoiled!!!!
