Last Episode
The last broadcast episode of Y&R was a very relevant rerun from Feb 4, 1993. Eve Howard visited Victor, Traci dropped in on Lauren, and Michael stalked Christine.
The Genoa City Athletic Club
Adam passes Nate in the lobby of the club. He stops him and asks if Nate has seen any of his family.
Nate doesn’t know why he’d have heard anything… He’s not involved in the company anymore.
Adam asks if Nate is still involved with Victoria.
Nate says it’s none of Adam’s business, and it’s interesting that neither Victoria nor Victor has kept Adam in the loop about their whereabouts. He leaves the club.
Sally comes down the stairs and says it sound like Adam is good at making friends… Why was Nate talking about Adam’s family shutting him out? She thought Adam was already over that.
Adam says that Nate doesn’t know anything, and his relationship with his father has never been closer.
The Lake House
Nikki wakes up, sweating and feeling terrible. She needs to get out of there! She slowly and painfully tries to get out of bed, but falls back onto the bed, languishing.
Nikki finds a photograph underneath her pillow. It’s a picture of Eve Howard. Nikki wonders what the photo is doing there.
Cole Howard is in the living room of the Lake House. He leaves a message for Victoria, telling her that he’s at the house that Nikki told him to go to, and he’s all by himself. He says he doesn’t know whose house he’s at, and asks her to call him when she gets the message.
Jordan walks into the room with a hammer and sneaks up behind Cole. She bashes him in the head with the hammer and Cole falls to the floor, unconscious.
Jordan enters Nikki’s room.
Nikki looks up at her. She asks who Jordan is.
Jordan says she can call her “Jordan”… For now.
Nikki asks what she wants from her.
Jordan tells her to relax and stay calm. She says she shouldn’t have pulled out the IV, as Nikki needs it to stay hydrated.
Nikki looks down at her hand. The IV is back in place.
Jordan says Nikki’s family should be arriving soon… Isn’t that wonderful? Soon, she’ll be joining them, but in the meantime, Nikki needs to relax; she’s not a well woman.
Nikki protests. She says, “You… You did this to me!”
Jordan tells Nikki she did it to herself… In fact, her whole family did this to her!
Claire enters the house, followed by Victor, Victoria, and Nicholas. She calls out to let her Aunt Jordan know that they’re home, but there’s no answer. She says that maybe her aunt went back to the hospital.
Nick asks what hospital, and Claire responds that she doesn’t know. She offers them a drink, and she gives them all a bottle of water each. She tells them not to worry, Nikki will be fine.
Victoria asks why she’s saying it like that.
Jordan comes down the stairs, her arm in a sling. She welcomes them to her house and introduces herself.
Victor says they’re looking for his wife.
Jordan says she’s still at the hospital. The doctors said Nikki will be fine, but they’re keeping her overnight for observation.
Victor asks Jordan to give them the name of the hospital so they can go to find Nikki.
Jordan says the visiting hours are over, they won’t let the family in.
Victor says they’ll let him in.
The GCAC Dining Room
Sally and Adam sit at the bar, having a drink. Sally doesn’t believe that things are “fine” between Adam and Victor.
Adam says they’re still working on their relationship, but there’s been good progress. He says a lot has happened since they last saw each other, but he hasn’t been able to fill her in since she seems to have been avoiding him.
Sally says she’s not avoiding him, she needs time to process everything, and is conflicted about it.
Adam says he understands… Neither of them were expecting that night to happen, but it did.
Sally says she doesn’t want to go backwards.
Adam asks for her to see him as he is now.
Sally says the man he is now admitted that he was willing to use his father’s illness to take him down.
Adam says he didn’t go through with it. He showed maturity and restraint by not going through with it.
Sally says he still lied, and she can’t trust him because of it.
Adam says he told her the truth, but he couldn’t let her know what he was planning at the time. He says he was a victim in this, because Victor told the biggest lie of them all and everyone expected that he’d find Adam in the trap, but it turned out to be Nate.
Crimson Lights
Audra and Nate each grab a coffee. Audra asks Nate what’s going on with him and the Newmans.
Nate says he’s out of Newman Enterprises. He explains that Victor pretended to have early-stage dementia in order to oust a “traitor” in their midst.
Audra says that’s messed up. She asks how Victor faking senility ended up with Nate being fired.
Nate says he had arranged to have Victor sent to a private facility to take care of his mental issues.
Audra figures out that Victor thought Nate was making a play to take over Newman.
Nate says Victoria would have taken over Newman, but Audra gets the gist.
Audra says Nate walked right into his trap.
Nate says he was a doctor and was concerned about Victor’s well-being.
Audra says she knows Nate too well… This wasn’t a mission of mercy on Nate’s behalf; he was making a play, and Victor shut him down.
The GCAC Dining Room
Sally asks if Adam is okay with Victor’s loyalty test.
Adam says that’s just what his dad does. Victor thought his children had an agenda, and he wasn’t wrong… Victoria wanted her old job back and Nick wanted to make sure that Adam wasn’t rewarded for anything.
Sally says it’s quite the family that Adam has.
Adam chuckles. He says Victor wants Adam, Nick, and Victoria to work things out between them.
Sally says that’s not possible.
Adam agrees. He says people in his life are avoiding him.
Sally says she needed space.
Adam says not talking to her is making him crazy. He asks where they go from there.
The Lake House
Victor tells Jordan he wants to see his wife.
Jordan says she can order a car service for them. She’d offer them her car, but she’s been having car problems lately.
Nick takes a drink of his water and says a car service would be fine.
Jordan says time is of the essence. She tells Claire to order a car for them.
Victoria asks what happened to their mother.
Jordan says they were having dinner, and Nikki was singing Claire’s praises. At the end of the meal, something changed. Nikki seemed “off.” She was rambling and couldn’t seem to follow a conversation, almost as if she’d been drinking.
Nick says his mother is a recovering alcoholic and hasn’t had a drink in years.
Jordan says she didn’t know that.
Victoria asks how Nikki ended up in the hospital.
Jordan says after dinner, she suggested that Nikki stay the night. She didn’t think it was safe for her to go see her sister. She figured that Nikki would feel better in the morning and could leave then.
Victor asks about the seizure.
Jordan says she’s getting to that.
Victor says he wants to hear about that right now.
Jordan says she offered to make up the guest room for Nikki, but Nikki was insistent about leaving. She started seizing right where Victor is sitting now, so she called 911, and they arrived in a few minutes. They gave her anti-seizure medication called Phenytoin and she stabilized within 30 minutes.
Victor thanks Jordan for taking care of his wife.
Jordan says Victor has a lovely wife. She felt she knew her the minute she met her.
Claire comes back into the room and says a car will be there in 15 minutes.
Jordan asks if they’d like a bite to eat while they’re waiting.
Victoria says they just want to see their mother.
Jordan suggests they have a seat and relax… There won’t be a car, and there won’t be a hospital either.
Nick asks what the hell she’s talking about.
Jordan takes off her sling and says it’s time to start telling the truth… All of it!
Victor asks if this is some kind of a sick joke. Where’s his wife?
Nick says to tell him where his mother is, or he’ll call the police.
Jordan says she wouldn’t do that if she was him.
Victoria asks if they’re supposed to be frightened of her.
Jordan says that depends on what they’re frightened of. If Victoria wants to see her mother, then she’ll shut up and listen to Jordan!
Victoria says it’s absurd.
Nick goes to approach Jordan, but Victor stops him. Victor tells Jordan to continue.
Jordan says she has a question for Victor first… Does she look familiar to him? Maybe something in the eyes?
Victor says he’s never seen her in his life.
Jordan says that’s true, but he knew her sister, Eve Howard, intimately.
Victor leans back. “Eve Howard?”
Jordan says Eve loved him, but he broke her heart. He threw her out like she wasn’t even human, and that’s who Victor Newman is. She’s there because she’s waiting for all of them to make amends.
Crimson Lights
Audra tells Nate she thinks he thought the best way to protect Victor was to clear a path so he and Victoria could take over while he was in treatment.
Nate says it was a good plan. Someone had to step in to keep the company running while Victor was in treatment… How was that a betrayal?
Audra says she doesn’t see it as a betrayal, but Victor saw it as such.
Nate says that if one of Victor’s children had suggested his plan, he would have accepted it. Nate was set up to fail from the start.
Audra asks who was behind it.
Nate says Nikki, Nick, and Adam were behind it.
Audra says he left someone out.
Nate says it’s complicated when it comes to Victoria. He doesn’t want to talk about it.
Audra asks if Nate’s still angry about it.
Nate says he’s furious.
Audra asks if Nate is furious enough to want to get back at the Newmans.
The GCAC Dining Room
Sally tells Adam she’s thought about their night together, and she still doesn’t know how she feels about it.
Adam says as long as she’s not feeling hatred or regret over it, he can live with it.
Sally says there’s never been any hatred. She never stopped caring about him, even when he was driving her crazy… But she has had regrets. She says she felt like she was betraying Nick. Maybe she was betraying herself because she didn’t stop things that night.
Adam asks if she wanted to stop it.
Sally shakes her head. No. She says it was confusing, and she feels like she should have regretted it, but she didn’t. She was avoiding him because she knew he’d be asking these questions that she doesn’t have the answers for.
Adam says his feelings have been pretty clear. He’s been longing for her since that night, and was hoping that somehow, she’d feel the same way about him.
Sally says he’s not making this any easier.
Adam asks if Sally thinks there’s any hope for them moving forward.
Sally says she’s thought about it, and she’s “put it out into the universe,” but so far the universe has been unresponsive.
Adam laughs. He says the universe is busy, and Sally needs to listen to her heart.
Sally says it sounds so simple.
Adam says it can be. He understands why she’s hesitant, since he doesn’t have the best track record at maintaining relationships.
Sally says the night obviously meant something to both of them. They need to figure out what it was that it meant. She asks what they do now.
Adam says he has a great idea. They should have dinner.
Sally asks if he’s suggesting a date.
Adam nods. A date, a proper date. No pressure, no expectations. He promises they won’t talk about the future. It’ll just be the two of them living in the moment.
Sally smiles. Okay! There can’t be any harm in that.

The Lake House
Victor asks Jordan what kind of scam she’s running. Does she want money? Eve Howard was a deeply disturbed woman who made his life a living hell, but she never mentioned having a sister.
Jordan says they were estranged at the time, and then Eve died, and they never had the opportunity to heal. If Eve hadn’t met Victor and moved to Genoa City, they would have had the chance to reunite.
Victor asks why it took Jordan 40 years to come up with this “cock and bull story.”
Jordan laughs. Doesn’t he believe that she’s Eve Howard’s sister?
Victor says he doesn’t give a damn who she is. He says they’re leaving and will find the hospital on their own.
Nick nods. “Let’s go!”
Jordan says Nikki isn’t at the hospital, and her “so-called seizure” was just a ruse to get them all to the Lake House together.
Victoria asks what Jordan has done with her mother.
Victor says they didn’t come there to play games, so Jordan had better tell him where his wife is… Or else.
Jordan says, “Or else what?”
Victor says she doesn’t want to find out, especially when it involves his family.
Jordan smirks. Family? Like her sister Eve? Is that why Victor threw Eve out like trash?
Victor asks where his wife is. He’s done playing games.
Jordan says Nikki is safe, for now. She says this is no game, this is as serious as a heart attack… Which is what they’ll be experiencing soon, thanks to the digoxin that they just drank in the water bottles. They don’t have long to live, and it’s going to be her pleasure to watch them die.
Nikki dreams of a conversation she had with Eve.
Eve tells Nikki that Victor was going to marry her. She says she gave Victor a son; she gave him her life.
Nikki wakes up, confused and afraid.
The GCAC Dining Room
Adam and Sally sit at a table, looking through the menus. Adam says Sally’s company seems to be taking off like a rocket.
Sally says she’s not sure she would describe it like that, but she’s building something and she loves it.
Adam says that’s great. He asks how things are with Nick… Have things been tense and awkward between them?
Sally says it’s been the opposite. There was a moment where she thought Nick would cut the funding, but he followed through on everything and lets her do what she wants.
Adam says Nick is an honorable man. He says he and Nick are destined not to get along, but Nick is a man of his word.
Sally asks if Adam thinks things will ever change between him and Nick… Will they ever be friends?
Adam says the odds are against it. They’ve had breakthroughs in the past, but they’ve never lasted.
Sally says, “Never say never!”
Adam loves her optimism.
Sally asks what Adam is doing with Connor this weekend.
Adam says Connor has a basketball game on Friday night, and they’ll just wing it after that. Connor has made new friends and Adam doesn’t want to step on those plans.
Sally says Connor will make time for his father.
Adam says he misses Connor. He’s a great kid, and after everything he’s been through, he’s shockingly normal. He was afraid Connor would end up like him.
Sally says Adam’s life is getting better, though!
Adam says it’s much better… A large part of that is due to Connor, because kids change your perspective on life. He apologizes for bringing up children, since he knows Sally is still mourning their daughter.
Sally says she’s not that fragile. She says she’s not really hungry and doesn’t want to eat that late.
Adam says he didn’t realize the time.
Sally says it’s been a lovely conversation. She asks for a raincheck on the dinner.
Adam smiles and asks if she’s blowing him off.
Sally says she’s not. They’ll have a proper dinner date sometime soon. She just needs to be alone and sort through things.
Adam understands. He probably gave her a lot to think about.
Sally says he did, and she’s glad. She needs to go through it on her own.
Adam nods and stands up. He says he’ll walk her to her room.
Sally says he can’t walk her to her door this time… She doesn’t want them to “get in trouble.”
Adam says it’s a good kind of trouble.
Sally says sometimes it’s just trouble.
Adam says it’s not too dangerous to walk her to the stairs.
Sally smiles and says she can handle him walking her to the stairs. They walk to the stairs, and she thanks him for a lovely evening.
Adam thanks her for having drinks and “nearly” having dinner with him. He thinks they should haver a real date soon and see where it takes them.
Sally says she’d like that and she can tell that Adam is trying to be better.
Adam thanks her.
Sally says goodnight. She kisses Adam.
Adam says he wasn’t expecting that.
Sally says she wasn’t either.
Crimson Lights
Nate tells Audra he’s angry, but he’s not stupid enough to go after Victor Newman. That would be professional suicide.
Audra asks what he’ll do.
Nate says he’ll swallow his pride and move onto something else… Again.
Audra says she might be making a move too.
Nate thought Audra was happy at Newman Media.
Audra says she has some potential opportunities that she has to consider.
Nate asks where the opportunity lies.
Audra says she can’t say until the deal is finalized, but it’ll be a place where she has more freedom than she does now. She says that they could use smart, strong people to come aboard.
Nate asks if she’s making him an offer.
Audra says she might be, if everything falls into place.
Nate says he’ll listen when it’s time.
Audra stands up and says she likes surrounding herself with colleagues who she can trust to get the job done by whatever means necessary.
Nate says he’s not as ruthless as Audra thinks.
Audra smirks. She pats him on the chest and tells him to keep telling himself that. She leaves the coffee house.
The Lake House
Victor tells Jordan she’s crazy. He tells his children to leave with him.
Victoria tries the door, but it’s locked.
Jordan tells the Newmans that they won’t get to the hospital… In fact, they won’t even get out of the house because all the windows and doors are triple-locked.
Victoria asks why Jordan is doing this.
Jordan says she and Claire want to watch them die.
Claire comes out of the other room, leading a dazed Cole Howard into the living room.
Victoria can’t believe it. “Cole? What the hell?”
Claire tells Victoria that Cole had to be there for the family reunion. She calls Victoria mother.

I hope Adam can turn things around & him & Sally can reunite. I also hope Adam can be the hero & help save Nicki & his family so maybe they can finally accept him
It is time for Sally & Adam get permanently together for being the future Victor & Nicki.Nick should find a new woman like Mike & Lauren ,with in between problems for the future. Nicki needs to be a grandmother. Where is Noah ? Noah should be finding out ,he and Audra have a living child. Victoria needs to be a woman with many children, including an adult Reed with Jt.Lots more problems for years. Bring our true writers back following the full cast of Newman’s Chancellors. Lilly. Cole her grown children. Keep all cast members without writing new characters unless original casts and families are involved. This is me and my husband’s opinion.
