Last Episode
On the last episode of Y&R, Billy opened the box on Tucker’s bugged bonsai gift, and Daniel told Heather he wants to be a family again.
Audra’s Suite at the GCAC
Kyle wakes up in Audra’s bed and realizes he’s running late. He jumps out of bed and starts getting dressed.
Audra walks into the room, dressed and ready to go.
Kyle says it’s nice to see her in the morning. He’s upset that he wasn’t at home for Harrison to wake up to.
Audra tells him it’s not the end of the world… He has his own life to live.
Lily’s Penthouse Apartment
Daniel pours himself a coffee.
Lily asks him if he’s all right; he seems slightly off.
Daniel says he’s a little on edge… His mom starts working at OmegaSphere today.
Lily asks if he’s worried since he was the one who hired her.
Daniel says he wants things to work out, but he’s not sure they will.
Lily wonders if Daniel can trust Phyllis.
Daniel says he’s not sure yet. He knows his mom is trying to be honest, but she’s still Phyllis Summers at the end of the day… Anything can happen!
The Abbott Mansion
Diane jokingly asks Jack if they can plan their next wedding reception already.
Jack laughs and wonders how people would react to their third foray in as many months.
Diane says they’ll wait until their first anniversary in that case.
Jack says they can celebrate between themselves.
Diane calls him a romantic.
Jack checks his phone. He thought he would have heard from Phyllis about Tucker’s plans by now.
Diane says they agreed to stop worrying about Tucker until they prove he’s up to something.
Tucker sits in his suite, sipping tea and listening to Jack and Diane talk about him and Phyllis through the bug he planted in the bonsai tree.
Jack says they have to remain vigilant. Tucker is a risk-taker and will do anything to get what he wants. He hopes Phyllis will do the right thing and help them out.
Diane says it’s a lot to expect from the woman who sent her to jail.
Jack says Phyllis said she wants to make amends.
Diane laughs and says she believes in second chances, but Phyllis is only concerned about herself.
Tucker smiles and shakes his head, lamenting that Phyllis will never learn.
Crimson Lights
Phyllis is on her laptop at the coffee shop when she finds something. She picks up her phone and texts Jack. “Found something. Can we meet?”
Danny walks onto the patio and smiles at Phyllis, who closes her laptop. He asks if everything is okay.
Chancellor Park
With Dominic sleeping in a stroller, Abby and Devon sit in the park and talk.
Abby says she’s glad Dominic fell asleep after wearing himself out running around the park, and she’d love to have a date night with Devon soon. She says she loved getting dressed up for the Abbott wedding and spending time with him.
Devon says he loves getting dressed up with her, too, and she looked beautiful. Luckily, nothing crazy happened at the wedding.
Abby says as much as she would love her mom to be in town, she’s glad she wasn’t there for the reception since seeing Diane that happy would have made her head explode.
Devon asks how Ashley is doing.
Abby says her mom is doing well in Paris; she’s working remotely for Jabot and enjoying it. She thinks her mom has softened toward Diane since she saved her life.
Devon wonders how long that’ll last.
Abby says Ashley’s been through a lot lately and is nervous about coming home because of Tucker… She doesn’t want to stir him up again.
Devon says they seemed so happy, and Tucker was a better version of himself with Ashley. He hates to think that part of Tucker might just be gone.
Abby says she told Ashley about the bonsai tree gift and how Tucker told Jack that the war was over.
Devon asks if Ashley believed Tucker.
Abby says Ashley isn’t sure and doesn’t know what to think about Tucker anymore.
Crimson Lights
Phyllis smiles at Danny and says it’s good to see him.
Danny says he’s good and asks what Phyllis is up to, pointing at her laptop.
Phyllis says she was doing some research… It’s her first day working at OmegaSphere with Daniel.
Danny says it’s good to see her going through with it. Daniel believes in her, or he wouldn’t have offered her the position.
Phyllis says she wants to prove herself to Daniel and Summer.
Danny says he thinks she will prove herself.
Phyllis thanks him for their conversation in the jazz lounge… He changed her perspective on things. She thanks him for believing in her after everything she’s done, even with their history together.
Danny says he thinks they’ve gotten past their history.
Phyllis laughs and asks if he really means that… Some people say that, but sometimes it’s hard to get past.
Danny says they’re good. He thinks she does want to change.
Phyllis says she really does.
Danny says that she’s taken the initiative to change. Sticking to the straight and narrow path will be challenging, but she can do anything she puts her mind to.
The Abbott Mansion
Jack tells Diane that Phyllis has something on Tucker.
Tucker listens to their conversation intently through the app on his phone.
Diane asks what Phyllis has on him.
Jack says he doesn’t know. She wants to meet at Crimson Lights. Hopefully, she’ll have some idea of what Tucker is up to.
Diane says it’s more likely that Phyllis might try to make Jack believe she’s willing to help.
Jack asks if Diane is uncomfortable with him meeting Phyllis.
Diane says of course she is… She doesn’t trust Phyllis and doesn’t want her to hurt them. She says Phyllis wants Jack’s forgiveness.
Jack says it’s only one meeting. This is a good step in that direction if she’s sincere about making amends.
Diane says she’ll cross her fingers.
Jack kisses her cheek and tells her he’ll see her at the office. He leaves.
Chancellor Park
Abby tells Devon she told her mom about his suspicion that Tucker is behind Mamie’s return to town.
Devon says Tucker claimed innocence, but Devon thinks it’s too big of a coincidence.
Abby says anything’s possible regarding Tucker, especially since Ashley’s not there to keep him in line. She wonders if they should give Tucker the benefit of the doubt.
Devon doesn’t know what to believe. He says he felt a “vibe” between Tucker and Mamie.
Abby says it’s unlikely that Mamie would get involved with him.
Devon says Mamie was so secretive about the deal. He’s still concerned and says Tucker could have anything up his sleeve.
Abby asks how Devon is going to deal with his father.
Devon says he’d like to give him a chance, but it’s getting harder and harder.
Lily’s Apartment
Lily tells Daniel that she hopes things work out with his mom at OmegaSphere and that she behaves herself.
Daniel thinks she’ll work hard but isn’t sure if she’ll behave.
Lily says he needs to be cautiously optimistic.
Daniel laughs. He asks if Lily has figured out why Mamie invested in Chancellor-Winters.
Lily says they haven’t yet, but she’s trying not to fixate on it. She asks what Daniel’s doing for lunch later.
Daniel says he’s spending it with her if he’s lucky.
Lily laughs and kisses him. She leaves the apartment.
Daniel’s phone pings with a message from Heather. “Thanks again for yesterday. Lucy and I are so excited to come home.” Daniel realizes he never told Lily about Heather coming back to town.
Crimson Lights
Danny tells Phyllis that Daniel told him that Heather is back in town.
Phyllis can’t wait to see Lucy.
Danny says that Heather is in town alone… Lucy is still in Lisbon with Paul and Christine.
Phyllis mutters how “that bug” better not say anything to Lucy about her.
Danny laughs and says Phyllis should use Christine’s name. Christine won’t say anything about Phyllis to Lucy.
Phyllis isn’t sure about it.
Danny says she doesn’t have to like Christine, but they’re both good people when it comes down to it.
Phyllis asks if Christine still holds a special place in Danny’s heart.
Danny says of course she does, and Phyllis does too.
Phyllis says Danny had said he was with someone new around the holidays… What happened there?
Danny says that the relationship never ended up working out.
Phyllis asks if he’s hoping to get back together with Christine if things don’t work out with Paul.
Danny says Phyllis is just trying to find drama.
Phyllis says she’s not being dramatic; she’s just asking a question. Is he interested in The Bug?
Danny says he wants Christine to be happy, just like he wants Phyllis to be happy.
Phyllis laughs and says she can’t believe it.
Danny says whatever happens, he wants to move forward with his life, free from the past.
Phyllis says she’s on board.
Tucker enters the cafe and makes eye contact with Phyllis as she talks to Danny.

The Abbott Mansion
Kyle comes home and asks Diane if she saw Harrison this morning.
Diane says she helped Harrison get dressed before he had breakfast. The nanny, Linda, took him to school after. He asked where his dad was.
Kyle says he slept through his alarm.
Diane asks where he spent the night.
Kyle says he stayed over with a friend after the reception.
Diane says she knows he’s having a hard time lately, but he shouldn’t neglect his son.
Kyle says it was one mistake.
Diane says she’s not talking about this morning; she’s talking about the big picture. His marriage ended, and his career is in flux; nobody would blame him for being off-balance.
Chancellor Park
Lily smiles as she looks at Dominic in the stroller and remarks that he’s grown a lot since she last saw him. He’s a little man now!
Abby says Dominic sleeps with his racecar under his pillow at night.
Lily says it’s cuteness overload. It’s her job to dote on him! She tells Devon that Jill is heading to Detroit to look into LBB and Mamie. Jill is convinced there’s more to Mamie’s investment than she claims.
Devon says he and Abby were talking about that earlier.
Lily asks if Devon thinks Mamie and Tucker have a connection.
Crimson Lights
Phyllis glances at Tucker and tells Danny that she’s going to head out… She doesn’t want to be late on her first day at work.
Danny wishes her luck on her first day and says he’s rooting for her.
Phyllis thanks him. She walks up to the counter and asks for a refill to go.
Tucker says she’s been a busy woman.
Phyllis asks what that means.
Tucker says she’s been putting her skills to use helping Jack turn the tables on him.
Phyllis asks why he’d say that.
Tucker says he has eyes and ears all over town.
Jack walks into the shop and sees Tucker and Phyllis talking.
The Abbott Mansion
Kyle tells his mother that she doesn’t have to worry about him… He’s fine.
Diane says he hasn’t seemed like himself lately and is worried about him. She says she saw the “old Kyle” when he officiated their marriage, and he seemed to be getting along with Summer.
Kyle says things between him and Summer have leveled off.
Diane says Audra showed up at the reception, and she could see an immediate change in his demeanor… It was like he became a different person.
Kyle rolls his eyes and says he knows how she feels about Audra.
Diane says she hopes the “friend” he stayed at last night wasn’t her.
Kyle says she doesn’t need to be concerned about that. He’s on a new path and knows what he wants.
Diane asks what that is.
Kyle says he wants his old job back as co-CEO of Jabot and will replace Billy.
Chancellor Park
Devon tells Lily that he noticed a “moment” between Tucker and Mamie at Jack & Diane’s reception.
Lily asks what he means by “a moment.”
Devon says when Mamie came into the room, it looked like Tucker and Mamie had been in contact before that.
Lily asks if he talked to Mamie and Tucker about it.
Devon says he asked Tucker about it, but Tucker said he wasn’t involved with Mamie.
Abby says Tucker is bad news, even though they don’t have all the facts.
Devon says Tucker wants to be a father to him and a grandfather to Dominic.
Lily says there’s always the possibility Tucker is doing something underhanded.
Devon says Tucker is a magnet to trouble.
Abby says Tucker doesn’t know when to stop.
Devon figures it might be time to make a clean break from Tucker.
Crimson Lights
Phyllis takes her coffee and leaves the shop, saying hello to Jack on her way out.
Tucker greets Jack and asks if he had a chance to open his present.
Jack says they did. A bonsai tree would be a nice gesture… If it were sincere.
Tucker asks if Jack knows the significance of a bonsai tree.
Jack says he does, but he doubts Tucker is actually wishing them harmony, balance, and patience.
Tucker laughs and says at least he read the card.
Jack says Tucker’s gesture is all smoke and mirrors. Does Tucker think he and Diane are that gullible? He and Diane don’t buy Tucker’s “truce.”
Tucker says they have no reason to doubt him.
Jack tells Tucker to stop being coy… He knows what Tucker put Phyllis up to.
Tucker feigns innocence.
Jack says Tucker framed Billy for espionage.
Tucker says it sounds elaborate.
Jack says the money has been returned to Jabot, and Tucker’s plan didn’t work. He sends a text to Phyllis. “Society. Now.”
Tucker asks why Jack isn’t ordering a coffee.
Jack says seeing Tucker soured him on the idea of coffee. He leaves.
Society
Jack joins Phyllis at a table. He says he led Tucker on a wild goose chase before he came to the restaurant. He asks what Phyllis wants to talk about.
Phyllis says she hacked into Tucker’s computer and found out that he recently purchased a listening device with a phone app.
Jack looks concerned.
Phyllis says when she saw Tucker at Crimson Lights, he said he had eyes and ears all over Genoa City.
Jack says it’s all starting to make sense. He thanks Phyllis for her help and stands up to leave.
Phyllis tells Jack that was an honest thank you. She asks if it hurt him to say it.
Jack says it didn’t hurt as much as he thought it would.
Phyllis asks if they’re square.
Jack says they aren’t, but they’re on their way.
Phyllis asks what’s left.
Jack says it would help if Phyllis admitted to helping Tucker hack into Jabot.
Phyllis says she didn’t help Tucker hack Jabot’s systems.
Danny walks into the restaurant and overhears Jack and Phyllis talking.
Jack says he can tell Phyllis is lying.
Phyllis says he asked her for a favor to help her redeem herself and asks if Jack is going back on his word.
Jack says it’s only the first step… She’s not on solid ground yet.
Phyllis says they’ll get there.
Jack thanks her and leaves.
Danny walks up to Phyllis and asks what she’s up to.
Chancellor Park
Abby asks Devon if he’s willing to give up on his father.
Devon says he doesn’t want to, but he can’t ignore what’s in front of him.
Lily says Devon had told her he hoped Tucker wouldn’t let him down.
Devon says he never had high expectations for their relationship.
Lily says Tucker’s part of Devon and Dominic’s life now.
Devon says Tucker is a regular at Dominic’s music classes and seems to be trying to turn his life around.
Lily asks what Devon thinks changed with Tucker.
Devon says he thinks breaking up with Ashley messed with Tucker’s head.
Abby says they’ll support Devon’s choice, no matter what it is.
Lily agrees. They’ve got his back.
Devon says he knows Tucker’s up to something and refuses to let their family or company be affected by it.
The Abbott Mansion
Diane asks Kyle if he’s sincere about wanting to come back to Jabot.
Kyle says he is. It’s the right move, but he has to figure out how to make it happen.
Jack storms in the door.
Kyle and Diane try to ask him how things went, but he holds up a finger to indicate silence and picks up the bonsai tree, inspecting it closely.
Kyle asks what he’s doing.
Jack doesn’t say a word. He pulls out his phone and turns on the flashlight, peering at the tree until he finds it… A listening device is attached to the plant’s trunk.
Society
Danny tells Phyllis he thought she was headed to the office, yet here she is in Society.
Phyllis says she just made a stop at the restaurant first.
Danny says he keeps seeing Phyllis talking with Jack, and there’s tension between them.
Phyllis says that Jack hasn’t forgiven her for what she did, and it’s just uncomfortable.
Danny asks if that’s all it is.
Phyllis says that’s it… What else would it be? Did Danny follow her?
Danny says he saw her talk to Jack and Tucker at Crimson Lights, and it seemed a little suspicious.
Phyllis says Tucker can’t even order a coffee without being weird about it.
Danny says he knows there’s animosity between Tucker and Jack and hopes that Phyllis isn’t caught in the middle.
Phyllis thanks him. She’s not caught in the middle; Danny’s just being paranoid.
Daniel comes up and slings his arm around his dad. “Paranoid about what?”
The GCAC Dining Room
Tucker walks into the club and sees Audra. He approaches her table, and she wishes him a good morning. He scoffs and says that Jack has been bothering him; he’s trying to get Phyllis to play double agent.
Audra says Phyllis is unpredictable and hard to read.
Tucker says he can’t see Jack teaming up with her… Why would he even trust her?
Audra says Jack and Phyllis have a volatile history. Maybe Phyllis is trying to gain Jack’s trust back.
Tucker says Jack already figured out that Phyllis helped him break into Jabot’s financials… He doesn’t know why Jack is having anything to do with her.
Audra says it’s Jack’s problem.
Tucker says it’s his too.
Audra says Tucker told her to have faith in him.
Tucker asks how things are between Audra and Kyle… Was she able to reignite the flame with him?
Audra says it was easy and quite enjoyable.
Tucker laughs and says she’s glowing.
Audra says she hasn’t even told Tucker the best part… Kyle is after Billy’s job.
Tucker finds that interesting. It makes sense that Kyle would want the co-CEO position back.
Audra figures that Tucker wants Billy out of Jabot and is using Kyle to accomplish that.
The Abbott Mansion
Jack indicates that everyone should be silent. He takes the bonsai plant, places it outside on the front porch, and comes back inside.
Diane asks what’s happening.
Jack explains that he met with Phyllis and told him that Tucker had bought a listening device, and his gift of “harmony” had a hidden surprise.
Kyle calls Tucker a son-of-a-bitch.
Diane scoffs and says, “Peace, love and forgiveness, my ass!” She apologizes for thinking they had nothing to worry about with Tucker.
Jack says she has nothing to apologize for.
Diane wonders why Phyllis gave Jack the information with no strings attached.
Jack says Phyllis gave it to him, but she wouldn’t admit to helping Tucker frame Billy.
Kyle thinks it’s a bold move on Tucker’s part and asks why Jack didn’t destroy the bonsai tree.
Jack says if Tucker doesn’t know that they know about the bonsai, they can use it to their advantage.

Give Phyllis a break
The storyline of Billy always getting the short end in the Abbott family is getting old. Kyle is a whiny ass cheating ass and needs to be taken down a whole lot of pegs. Victoria is a spoiled brat that needs to grow up and stop sleeping around with anything that wears pants.
Watching this show is like watching kindergartners play fight during recess. Tucker blackmails Phyliss and Audra. Then make up with them both like nothing happens and recruits them for a seek and destroy mission. Audra takes orders and sleeps with Kyle to fish for information like she is being pimped. She plays double agent with Kyle and Nikki. Pushing his buttons for the worse. Now he is out to get Billy and his job. Phyllis plays a cat and mice game with Tucker. Jack argue with Billy about being dishonest with him about not throwing away Tuckers gift. Jack “happens” to spot Tucker and Phyllis together. She surprising hacks into his computer and see he has bug. This show is one big joke! The writers (the head writer) has tarnished Y&R’s Legacy. I can make a list of classic episodes. David Kemball (Jill’s secretary) was one. When the show actually had secretaries. Carl and Paul Williams investigations. Michael Baldwin’s rape scene with Cricket was great. Now Michael has been reduced to Victor’s lap dog. In reality an Attorney would not be practicing law after a rape conviction of another lawyer. Diane plotting behind Jack’s back with Kyle. And Billy has more right to be there than him. Nikki a forme stripper now is running billion dollar companies. When Victor made Jack a co-coo along side Brad Carlton. He laments to Jack he never ran a company of this size. Jack had business experience Nikki only experience was taking off her clothes and sleeping with men. Now they bring in a former maid and try to tie her in with Tucker. Or maybe it’s a grand entrance for Drucillia. But why bring her back after all this time? They brought back Diane’s character for the worse! Why would Jack marry her like they are soulmates. When she married Victor to get back at him. Then had the fiasco with the sperm sample mixup. In which Kyle and Abby was born out of it. From Locke, Harrison, Cam’ron and Sharon and Phyllis with the other guy that’s suppose to be dead just bad writing after the next. And them awful black and white flash backs with every episode the show keeps getting worse and worse. Sony needs to fire Joshua to save Y&R from themselves.

I’m tired of the storyline of Jack, and Diane. How many times can they be married, and I’m tired of Jack saying how much he loves Diane. It gets old after a while. As far as Phillis is concerned, she’s getting what she deserves, but you need to find her a story line where she is bettering herself. She’s had a lot of chances. And the storyline with Nick, and his brothers ex, give it a rest, you never had her say that she loves Nick, she just told Nick she loves him but she didn’t mean it. Let her go to Adam, a person just doesn’t get over someone that fast, there’s always those feelings there…… My one remark to the writer’s is give your viewers some credit, we’re not that stupid 😠
I can’t stand Audra! She jumps in and out of bed with both Kyle and the slime Tucker! Yuck! Move on already this story line is getting old! I don’t even want to watch it anymore!

This show is very repetitious. Same thing over and over. Please put Sally back with Adam together. Jack and Phyllis, Kyle and his wife. Stop making AUDRA LOOK LIKE A WH*RE SL*T B*TCH. SLEEPING WITH TOM DICK AND HARRY LOOKING FOR LARRY MO AND CURLY. THIS SHOW HAVE 0 CLASS NOW.
I haven’t watched this in two weeks and you can read it online and still it’s the same stuff. Didn’t miss much it seems. I agree with the comments I’ve read. I’m glad that I don’t watch it regularly anymore. Even I do I fast forward it.
