Last Episode
On the last episode of Y&R, Lauren warned Phyllis about causing trouble at the Abbott reception as Tucker “promised” to stop messing with Jabot.
The Abbott Mansion
The Abbotts and their guests mill around on the terrace.
Nate asks Mamie how it feels to be back.
Mamie says there are a lot of memories, some of which she’ll cherish. Other memories… Not so much. She says they’re there to celebrate.
Traci comes up and hugs Mamie and tells her it’s wonderful to have her back in town.
Jack asks for everyone’s attention and thanks everyone for attending their celebration. He says he loves Diane so much he wants to marry her again with everyone as a witness.
Everyone applauds, even Nikki, who sarcastically says, “Oh, how fun.”
Tucker’s GCAC Suite
Audra enters Tucker’s room and asks Tucker why he wants her to “reignite the fire with Kyle.”
Tucker says he didn’t think he needed to provide detailed instructions on how to do it.
Audra says she’s curious about why Tucker would want her to do that.
Tucker says she needs to trust him.
Audra says she needs more information and isn’t sure she likes where it’s going.
Tucker asks how hard it would be to recapture the fire and why wouldn’t she? She seemed to enjoy being with Kyle before.
Audra asks what’s in it for Tucker.
The Abbott Mansion
Kyle officiates over Jack and Diane’s vow renewal.
He makes a speech and tells Jack to say his part.
Jack says he’s blessed to find his way back to Diane, and he feels so much joy for how much they love each other. He promises to be her partner in all things. Her friend, her confidant, and her home. He loves her with all his heart.
Diane tears up and tells Jack that he’s kind, patient, and compassionate, and he’s changed her life. He doesn’t just say he loves her, but he shows her every day how he loves her. She promises to be there for him every day, to love and comfort him. Every day and every moment, for as long as she will have him.
Kyle says he can’t think of a better place than the family home for them to commit to each other. He asks if Jack takes Diane as his wife.
Jack says, “I do.”
Billy doesn’t look too happy about it.
Kyle asks Diane if she will take Jack as her husband.
Diane says, “I do.”
Kyle pronounces them man and wife. They kiss.
Tucker’s GCAC Suite
Audra figures Tucker wants her to reconnect with Kyle so he can manipulate and use him.
Tucker says he and Audra have a common goal, so they can both benefit from it. Audra should “follow her bliss.”
Audra laughs and asks where her bliss leads them.
Tucker says she knows the plan.
Audra says Kyle wasn’t part of the plan.
Tucker says Audra needs to keep her eye on the prize. They will take over Jabot, and Audra will run the company. Tucker will be on the sidelines to cheer her on and advise her. Kyle is just a means to an end.
Audra says she’s not worried about Kyle. She says the plan seems more like a desperate act, and she thinks Tucker will not likely pull it off.
The Abbott Mansion’s Terrace
Traci tells Jack he looks ridiculously happy. She kisses him on the cheek as he smiles.
Nikki looks on from the sidelines and tells Claire who the players are. She says that’s Traci Abbott, Jack’s sister.
Claire looks surprised and says Traci is a great author.
Nikki says Traci is an even better human being.
Mamie tells Jack that she’s so happy to be able to attend Jack’s impromptu wedding.
Jack tells her it’s made even more lovely by having Mamie at the reception.
Mamie laughs and says Jack looks dashing… Almost as handsome as his father!
Diane smiles and says she thinks her husband is the most handsome man in the world.
Mamie tells Jack that he has a twinkle in his eye.
Jack says he can’t help it; he’s on top of the world.
Mamie wishes them happy days for the rest of their lives together.
Nikki looks on and tells Claire about Mamie. She explains that Mamie worked for the Abbotts for years and became a part of the family, and says that Mamie recently acquired a stake in Chancellor-Winters, but many people were unhappy about it.
Nate congratulates Jack and Diane and thanks them for allowing him to be part of their special celebration.
Nikki tells Claire about Nate. She explains that Nate is the son of Mamie’s niece, Olivia, and is the COO of Newman Enterprises.
Devon shakes Jack’s hand and says if he’d known there would be a wedding, he’d be better prepared.
Jack and Diane wanted it to be an impromptu affair to share with everyone.
Nikki tells Claire that Devon is the “Winters” half of Chancellor-Winters.
Nate sits down with Mamie and tells her that Jack is happy to have her there today… She was pretty much a surrogate mother for him while he was growing up.
Mamie says it was hard on the Abbotts when Dina left them.
Nate asks her how it feels to have both of her families there… The Abbotts and her “real” family.
Mamie says she feels blessed with a fulfilling life and is happy to have love in her heart. She says she’s not feeling any tension if that’s what Nate is asking.
Nate says he wasn’t talking about her personal life.
Mamie laughs and says she wondered when he’d ask her about her investment in Chancellor-Winters. She beckons to Devon, who leaves the Abbotts to join them.
Abby congratulates Jack and Diane on their beautiful vow renewal.
Diane thanks her for supporting their relationship even though it put her in a difficult position with Ashley.
Abby tells Diane she makes him happy, and that’s all she wants. She says her mother and Tucker’s breakup happened at the wrong time, or she’d be there.
Diane says things may be better between Ashley and herself, but she doubts Ashley would have returned to celebrate Jack and Diane’s marriage… The best she can hope for is for Ashley to tolerate her.
Abby hopes her mom will prove Diane wrong.
Jack hopes so, too.
Kyle approaches Summer and tells her that Harrison’s fever is down, and he’s sleeping.
Summer says that sleep is the best thing for Harrison right now… Too bad; he was excited about the wedding.
Kyle says the reception is going well.
Summer laughs and says Kyle did a great job with the wedding and tells him he should consider being a marriage officiant as a side hustle.
Kyle says he’ll think about being a “moonlighting minister,” but it was nice to be involved with his parents that way.
Summer says Jack and Diane seem happy and in love. She gives Kyle a look.
Kyle agrees.
Summer excuses herself.
Kyle, slightly uncomfortable, tells her she looks great, and she tells him he does too.
Summer wanders over to speak with Chance. She asks when he starts his new job as Chief of Police.
Chance says he starts tomorrow and has to do a press conference with the mayor.
Summer says he will be doing it a lot since he’s the face of the police department now.
Chance says it’s the worst part. He wants to do the job but hates the publicity. He finds it hard to wrap his head around being the chief.
Summer tells him that Paul wanted him to be chief because he knew he’d be great at it.
Chance wonders if it’s the right job for him.
Summer laughs and asks him if he’s joking. He’s been chasing bad guys all his life; he’s a natural leader.
Chance keeps second-guessing himself. He says he was always in the field and didn’t like spending much time behind a desk. He asks what Summer’s opinion is about his new position.
Summer says she likes the idea of him doing less in the field with the bad guys… She wouldn’t want anything to happen to her new friend.
Nikki tells Claire that Chance Chancellor is an ex-soldier, highly decorated, and a former government agent. She says he never had any interest in the family business.
Claire asks about Chance’s girlfriend.
Nikki says that’s not his girlfriend… That’s his granddaughter, Kyle’s estranged wife, Summer.
Claire says she’s sorry.
Nikki says Kyle and Summer have had their ups and downs, but she thinks they still have hope.
Claire says Nikki sounds like a romantic.

Abby and Sharon are talking. Abby asks Sharon how things are going with the new business.
Sharon says things are good… Moving along. She looks over at Summer and Chance, who are laughing it up.
Abby looks over at Chance and asks how things are going with him.
Sharon says they’re having a lot of fun together, and he’s excited for his new job as chief of police.
She looks over at Chance again and excuses herself. She walks over to Chance, takes his arm, and says hello to Summer. She laughs and says the party is so much fun.
Nikki walks up to Diane and tells her it was a “lovely little ceremony.” She says Victor “sends his regrets.”
Diane says she didn’t expect Victor to show up and is surprised that Nikki did.
Nikki says she’s accepted that Diane and Jack are married. She smiles sweetly and comes closer to Diane, telling her in a lowered voice that if she does anything to hurt Jack, she’ll make her life a living hell.
Diane says that she’s happy that so many people are concerned about Jack’s well-being, but what Nikki fears isn’t going to happen.
Nikki hopes it’s true, for Jack’s sake and Diane’s.
Tucker’s GCAC Suite
Tucker tells Audra her lack of faith in him hurts him.
Audra says she hasn’t lost faith in him… Just his plan.
Tucker says he had a minor setback with his dad and didn’t destroy the evidence.
Audra says he gave it to the Abbotts. Isn’t Tucker worried? They have information that could bury him.
Tucker says he and Audra are linked… His problem is her problem.
Audra says she doesn’t want to make the problem bigger. She’s being smart; it’s time for Tucker to cut his losses. Tucker needs to make a deal with the Abbotts so they will leave him alone, which means she’ll be left alone, too.
Tucker asks if she’s turning down his offer to run Jabot.
Audra says he doesn’t own Jabot.
Tucker says he will. He’s going to make it happen. He doesn’t need Jabot, but Audra does. She’s hanging on by a thread at Newman since Nikki doesn’t trust her.
Audra says she’s just that good.
Tucker says she needs allies. Nate’s looking out for himself now that Victor’s back. He says that now that Audra has gotten it out of her system, she must prepare for a garden party.
Audra asks if he’s talking about the Abbott’s wedding reception… Why would they just let her in?
Tucker smirks and says Audra is “just that good.”
Audra says security won’t let her in.
Tucker tells her she can do it. Stop wasting time and go knock Kyle off his feet!
The Abbott Mansion
Jack and Diane thank Kyle for officiating their vow renewal.
Kyle says he loved doing it since he missed their first one.
Diane mentions she saw him talking to Summer, and things looked pleasant… That’s good.
Kyle says they were just co-parenting.
Diane says it’s nice to see they’re getting along.
Kyle looks over at Summer and tells his mother that she shouldn’t read that much into it.
Mamie sits with Nate and Devon. She says Jill is suspicious of her, which she enjoys, but she hopes Lily and Devon aren’t suspicious.
Devon says they’re not suspicious; they were just surprised by her keeping it a secret from them.
Nate says he thinks it’s good that Mamie needed a stake since Devon said that he wanted Chancellor-Winters to be a family business.
Devon says he used to want that.
Nate asks why he has a problem with it.
Devon thinks it’s great. He’s happy Mamie’s in town.
Mamie says the most important thing to her is family. She’s determined to help Devon, Nate, and Lily overcome their animosity and come back together as a family. Life is too short, and their feud has gone on long enough!
Nate agrees.
The Abbott Mansion
Traci stands up and calls for everyone’s attention. She speaks about how much love the house holds and says that memories were made in the house with people at the reception, and there are memories with people who have passed on.
Traci says she felt the spirits of her parents at the party, and she raises her glass to Jack and Diane, making a toast to their “incredible love” to fill the house.
Abby stands up and makes a speech. She says that the look in their eyes tells the story of their love. She congratulates them, and everyone takes a drink.
Mamie’s turn. She stands up and says that she may not believe that people are destined to be together, but real love finds its way. She wishes them many years of happiness.
Kyle asks if anyone else would like to say anything.
Nikki says she’d like to say a word. She stands up and says that sometimes it takes more than one time to make things work, and she knows that from experience.
She says that sometimes, when people find their way back to one another, they’re trying to escape a mess they’ve gotten themselves into.
Jack gives her a stare and says, “Nikki……”
Nikki says she’s talking about the kind of love that defies logic and, despite interference from well-meaning individuals… She offers her sincerest congratulations.
Everyone cheers and takes a drink.
A security guard hurries over to Jack and whispers in his ear. Jack excuses himself from the table and goes inside, and Billy gets up and follows.
Inside the house, the guard tells Jack that Tucker showed up but isn’t on the guest list.
Jack thanks the guard and tells him he’ll take it from here. The guard leaves, and Jack says Tucker has a lot of gall to show up.
Tucker says he knows how it looks and understands if Jack is mad.
Jack says he’s not mad… He’s disgusted. He’ll be fine if Tucker just left.
Billy walks in and sees Tucker. He says, “You’ve gotta be kidding me.”
Tucker says he was just…
Jack interrupts and tells Tucker to leave.
Tucker says he comes in peace and bears a gift for the happy couple.
Audra sneaks in the side door of the garden. She sees Kyle and recalls their conversation when she told Kyle he probably still loved Summer.
Nikki introduces Traci to Claire, explaining that she’s her new assistant at Newman Media.
Traci congratulates Claire on her new job.
Claire gushes about how she loves Traci’s writing and tells her that Echoes of the Past is one of her favorite books.
Traci is happy to hear it.
Nate walks up to Devon and says Mamie is right. Life is too short, and they’re family.
Devon says it hurts when your own family betrays you.
Nate says he apologized for his mistakes.
Devon says he forgives Nate, but he doesn’t have to forget.
Nate asks Abby what she thinks.
Abby says she can’t tell Devon how to feel about it.
Devon says Mamie wants them to work together, not fix their personal issues.
Nate tells Devon that Mamie’s heart is in the right place, but he’s happy with his job at Newman, and Mamie doesn’t have the power to give him a job even if he did want to leave Newman.
The Abbott Mansion
Jack says he’s not interested in Tucker’s gift.
Billy asks if there’s a bomb inside.
Tucker says he’s been thinking about the situation he’s found himself in.
Jack and Billy interrupt him and ask him to just leave.
Tucker says the feelings of anger and negativity are stopping him from moving on with his life.
Devon and Abby walk into the living room and see Tucker there. Devon asks what he’s there for.
Tucker says he’s glad Devon asked.
Mamie and Diane make small talk.
Nate walks up and tells Diane she looks radiant and it’s been a wonderful afternoon. He tells Mamie that he has someone he’d like to introduce her to.
Mamie says it’ll have to wait… She has to powder her nose. She excuses herself.
Nikki sees Audra and walks over to her. She says she’s surprised to see Audra there… She thought she’d have better judgment.
Audra says Kyle invited her. She says Nikki was right; he’s having difficulty letting go.
Nikki says Audra wouldn’t have attended unless she also had a hard time letting go.
Audra says she doesn’t want to let go. She likes being with Kyle, and if Nikki can’t accept that, they have a problem.
Nikki looks shocked.
In the living room, Tucker says he’s there to apologize and make peace.
Devon says it’s not the time to do it.
Tucker says it’s the right time since Jack and Diane are celebrating their new life together.
Jack says Tucker’s marriage just blew up.
Tucker says it did, and he was filled with hurt and anger, which wasn’t helping him. He wants to prove his sincerity.
Mamie walks into the room and listens in.
Billy says Tucker can prove his sincerity by admitting he tried to frame him for embezzling money.
Tucker says he knows nothing about that.
Jack says they have nothing to talk about, then… Get the hell out of the house!

They can’t handle their Queen being jealous of someone Sharon indeed lol like she was jealous of summer and chance I’m just calling it like I see it
Not trying to be rude, but does ANYONE proofread these spoilers before making them public? I ask because almost daily there are errors, usually using the wrong character name in a sentence. For example while tucker and audra speak it says “Kyle asks what’s in it for Tucker.” It most likely is supposed to say audra asks what’s in it for tucker… correct?
I usually proofread it once before it’s published, but this is a one-person site. There’s no team here, unfortunately, so sometimes I make mistakes, but if you see a problem, please send a comment and I’ll try to fix it up! I do my best, but we’re all human. ☺️

People can criticize other people favorites but they can’t handle when others criticize their favorite you see people can talk all that talk talk that talk but can’t back it up walk that walk
I see people still blaming Sally or Courtney calling her man SMDH she is not a man what give them the **** to talk sh*t about her she is a human being not like her character is one thing but talk sh*t about human being I don’t want to know you you stay the hell away from me
