Last Episode
On the last episode of Y&R, Tucker begged for Ashley’s love, Jack & Nikki talked war plans, and Abby & Summer caught up.
Lily’s Penthouse Apartment
Daniel pulls a picture of him and Lily from a box and hands it to her. Lily places it beside Neil’s picture.
Lily says they sure have changed since they first met.
Daniel says it’s true, but everything feels fresh and exciting lately.
He says his everything but his mother… She’s the same as she always was.
The Genoa City Athletic Club
Phyllis shows up at a suite at the GCAC and knocks. Carter, the EMT, answers the door.
Phyllis says that she’s surprised Michael found him so fast… Michael is a miracle worker.
Tucker steps out and says that, actually, he’s the miracle worker.
The Abbott Mansion
Kyle comes downstairs and tells Diane that Harrison is asleep upstairs. He grabs his keys to leave.
Diane asks Kyle to talk to him about his marriage.
Crimson Lights
Chance walks into the coffee shop and sees Summer sitting there alone. He sits down with her and tells her that cops drink coffee at night, so what’s her excuse?
Summer says she’s just trying to relax. She says she has news for Chance… Phyllis is ready to run herself in.
Tucker’s GCAC Suite
Phyllis calls Tucker a son-of-a-bitch.
She turns to Carson, asks if Stark didn’t pay him enough money, and wonders what Tucker has to do with this.
Tucker says it’s not what Phyllis thinks. He wants to make her an offer and thinks she’ll want to hear it.
The Abbott Mansion
Diane hands Kyle a drink as they sit on the sofa.
Kyle says he didn’t realize it would be this type of talk where he’d need a drink.
Diane says she knows he still loves Summer.
Kyle says Summer had other priorities, so his feelings about her don’t matter.
Diane says that Kyle is acting like his marriage is over.
Kyle says that Summer burnt all the bridges.
Crimson Lights
Summer tells Chance that now Phyllis is ready to come forward, everything will be ok.
Chance asks why Phyllis wants to come home now.
Summer says her mom wants to fix everything she can.
Chance asks how Summer is doing with her separation from Kyle.
Summer says she hates it, and Phyllis wants to return and fix it.
Chance says Phyllis is going to face charges if she returns. He asks what’s changed.
Summer says Phyllis is hoping that the charges won’t be too harsh.
Chance warns that the police department and Christine won’t turn a blind eye to manipulation on Phyllis’s part.
Tucker’s GCAC Suite
Phyllis tells Tucker that he can’t offer her anything… She should leave.
Tucker says he can offer her freedom. He’s her one shot at not spending her years behind bars.
Phyllis asks how Tucker knew about Carson.
Tucker says that he overheard Michael, Summer, and Daniel talking. He says that Carson knows what happened with Stark, and he will testify on Phyllis’s behalf.
Carson says he can testify that he witnessed Stark attack her and can support her self-defense claim.
Phyllis asks what Carson gets out of it.
Tucker says Carson’s mom is ill, and he’s providing her with financial and medical support.
Phyllis asks how she knows she won’t be thrown under the bus if she turns herself in. She can’t figure out why Tucker wants to help her.
Tucker says there’s something that they both want.
Phyllis sits down and asks what it’s all about.
Lily’s Penthouse Apartment
Daniel and Lily are making out on the couch when the doorbell rings.
Daniel says that they should ignore it. They continue kissing until the doorbell rings again.
Lily begrudgingly answers the door. It’s Nate.
Nate says, “Welcome, neighbor!” and hands her a bottle of wine.
Lily thanks him and welcomes him in.
Daniel excuses himself, saying he has to work. He leaves the apartment.
Nate says he’d like to have a glass of wine with Lily.
Lily says they can have a drink but can’t pretend that nothing bad happened between them.
Tucker’s GCAC Suite
Tucker tells Phyllis that he’s the key to her future happiness. She’ll be grateful and indebted for his generosity.
Phyllis says she gets it… Either she does what Tucker wants, or Carson disappears.
Tucker says that’s right. He tells Carson to leave, return to his suite, and get whatever he wants from room service.
Carson thanks “Mr. McCall” and leaves.
Phyllis asks how Tucker got Carson to testify on her behalf.
Tucker says everyone has their price… Everyone can be paid to stick around and do their job or they can be paid to leave.
Phyllis asks what he wants her to do for him.
Tucker says he and Ashley got engaged while Phyllis was away. He says they started a new company, “Simply Ashley Cosmetics”.
Phyllis laughs.
Tucker says they will take Ashley’s patents, grind Jabot into powder, and buy it for pennies on the dollar. He says that Diane will be the main hurdle and that Phyllis must “distract” Diane.
Phyllis says she gets her freedom, and he wants her to return to town and screw Diane over? She can’t believe her luck.
Tucker smiles and says, “You got it!”

The Abbott Mansion
Diane tries to convince Kyle that marriage has ups and downs and that he must work through them.
Kyle says he’s protecting his son, and she can’t make him forgive Summer.
Diane says Kyle forgave her for faking her death and leaving him. She gets upset and tears up and says she can feel in her heart that he still loves Summer.
Kyle says he knows Summer will never change and can’t forgive her.
Diane asks if he’s really ready to throw away the life he made with Summer.
Kyle asks why she’s so willing to forgive Summer when she’s just like her mother.
Tucker’s GCAC Suite
Phyllis tells Tucker she won’t help him take down a company that owns Marchetti, which is her daughter’s company. She says she doesn’t want to be part of a war with Jack and Diane either.
Tucker says that Marchetti will come out unscathed and Phyllis doesn’t need to be part of the war… Tucker and Ashley will take care of that. Phyllis needs to be a “nails on the chalkboard presence” in Diane’s life… The straw that breaks Diane’s back.
Tucker asks what Phyllis thinks. He says he could send Carson away, and they can forget the whole thing, or Phyllis could bring down the woman she hates.
He says that Diane will lose her position at Jabot and her marriage to Jack will crumble… What’s not to love?
Phyllis says there’s been so much pain; she can’t endure it anymore.
Tucker says she needs to look on the bright side… She has amends to make with her daughter.
He tells Phyllis she can work on Kyle and Jack to get Summer back into their lives, and Phyllis can get back to the life she lived before.
Tucker gets up and says, “We never had this conversation… Understand?” He leaves.
Crimson Lights
Summer tells Chance she’s ready for it to be over… The secrets, the worrying… She’s lost so much and misses her normal life with Harrison and Kyle.
Chance says he’s sorry.
Summer says it’s her fault… She gutted her marriage with lies, and Kyle might never forgive her. She asks if Chance has forgiven Abby for what she did.
Chance says it’s a process, and time helps.
Summer says she’s loved Kyle since she was a teenager… He’s the one she wants, and she has to figure out how to fix her marriage, which can’t happen until this “mess” is behind them.
Chance says Summer could face charges.
Summer says she has to take responsibility for what she’s done.
Christine walks into the cafe and approaches Chance and Summer’s table. She sees they’re deep in conversation… Is there anything she should know?
Tucker’s GCAC Suite
There’s a knock at the door as Phyllis is still processing Tucker’s request.
Phyllis answers the door… It’s Heather, who says she’s taking over Phyllis’s case.
Phyllis says Michael is on the way to Singapore to care for his mother, Gloria, as she’s in legal trouble.
Phyllis freaks out and says that can’t happen… Michael has everything planned for her.
Heather says she understands Phyllis might not want this, but Michael asked her to take Phyllis’s case.
Phyllis says she doesn’t know if this is a good move.
Heather says Phyllis may hate her, but she’s here to help.
Phyllis says she doesn’t hate her.
Crimson Lights
Chance tells Christine there may be “movement” on Phyllis soon.
Christine asks Summer if she’s considered the damage done to her life.
Summer says she’s well aware of the damages. She leaves the shop.
Christine says that there’s always an angle with Phyllis.
Chance wonders if Michael has an ace up his sleeve.
Lily’s Penthouse Apartment
Nate welcomes Lily to the building and says it looks like she’s settling in. He offers his help to get her settled and can provide information about the building.
Lily says she has Devon for that. She says that she and Nate are family, and Mamie and Neil’s tribute reminded her of that.
Lily tells Nate she’s trying to get to a place without anger and resentment, but she can’t forget that he stabbed her and Devon in the back.
Nate says he’s sincerely sorry about that.
Lily snidely says Nate’s in a great place with Victoria and Newman Enterprises.
Nate says he won’t apologize for his relationship with Victoria.
The GCAC
Tucker sends a message to Ashley. “There should be some good news later. 💖”
Tucker’s GCAC Suite
Phyllis finally gives in and tells Heather she’s hired.
She asks if Michael told Heather about Carson.
Heather says that Carson disappeared as Michael was looking for him.
Phyllis says she has a feeling he’ll show up sooner or later.
Heather asks why she thinks that.
Phyllis says she’s feeling optimistic.
There’s a knock at the door. It’s Daniel and Summer.
Daniel asks if Phyllis is okay with Heather, and Phyllis says she is.
Heather’s phone pings. It’s Michael’s private investigator saying that they found Carson, and he came to them.
Summer asks if she’s ready to turn herself in.
Phyllis says she is; the stakes are too high. She asks what she has to do to turn herself in.
Heather says she’ll take care of it. She calls Chance and tells him that she’s Phyllis’s new lawyer and that Phyllis is ready to turn herself in.
The Abbott Mansion
Diane tells Kyle that she’s not on Summer’s side… She’s always on Kyle’s side. Summer did a horrible thing, but she wants Kyle to have love in his life, and if she has to ignore Summer’s sins, she will do just that.
Kyle says he has to get through it his way. He hugs her and says she’s a good mom.
Diane says she loves him.
Kyle says to trust him; he’s doing what he needs to do to care for himself.
Lily’s Penthouse Apartment
Lily says she’s surprised Nate is enamored with Victoria… Or is Victoria just someone he’s using?
Nate says his feelings for Victoria are real, and Lily must respect his decision.
Lily asks if Nate realizes that dating Victoria is throwing it in her and Devon’s faces.
Nate says that he’s moving forward. He knows he crossed a line and is sorry he hurt Elena, but he’s more comfortable with Victoria than with anyone he’s ever been with.
Lily says that’s what worries her. Victoria can’t be his conscience like Elena was.
The Genoa City Athletic Club
Christine and Chance walk into the club and look around for Phyllis.
Summer, Daniel, Heather, and Phyllis walk down the stairs, and Phyllis smiles as she locks eyes with Christine.
Christine rants that Phyllis put everyone through hell, and now she will face penalties for her actions.
Phyllis starts to respond, but Heather interrupts and says her client won’t speak with anyone until she gets to the station.
Chance tells Phyllis her Miranda Rights as he handcuffs her.
Tucker is sitting at the bar. He takes a picture of Phyllis getting arrested with his phone and sends it off immediately.
The Abbott Mansion
Diane’s phone pings. It’s Tucker, who just sent her a picture of Phyllis’s arrest.
Next Week on The Young and the Restless
Chance and Sharon kiss.
Heather asks Christine to keep an open mind and not to let her hatred of Phyllis keep her from doing the right thing.
Summer confronts Kyle, asking him to admit that he slept with Audra.

Kyle an summer should stay together….Summer loves Kyle an he loves her
Kyle should try to fix his marriage. His attitude is horrible. Summer didn’t try to kill anyone or is an adulterous.
Has anyone else noticed that alcohol is playing a major role in more and more scenes. It seems you have to have bourbon or champagne just to talk to someone. My husband actually mentioned it to me first.
Summer has lied to Kyle’s face the entire time, the trust is broken. Summer is just like her mother, Kyle should stay away or he will always have drama.
I think it’s rediculous how Kyle after everything she did and Summer helps her Mum and doesn’t tell him and he goes and sleeps with Audra, what a hypocrite. As for Victoria I can’t wait for the same thing to happen to her from Nate and Audra like what she went through with Ashlin, she’s a joke.
