Last Episode
On the last episode of Y&R, Abby played peacemaker between Ashley, Tucker, Diane & Jack, while Nick & Sharon dealt with Faith’s kidnapping.
Sharon’s House
Sharon hugs Nick and cries.
Nick says they’ll get Faith back, safe and sound.
Sharon looks at her phone and says that Cameron wants to meet her at the motel at midnight.
Nick says he’ll go in Sharon’s place.
Sharon says Nick can’t go. He asks why, and Sharon shows him a picture of Faith tied up.
Society
Daniel is sitting at the bar when Lily walks up to him.
Lily asks what Daniel wanted to talk about… Is it Phyllis?
Daniel is worried the next time he sees his mom or sister, they’ll be behind bars.
The Abbott Mansion
Summer walks into the living room and asks if Diane has seen Kyle.
Diane says Kyle’s not home right now.
Summer admits that she’s known that Phyllis was alive for a while.
Diane says she’s already forgiven Summer.
The Neil Winters Jazz Lounge
Kyle sits at the bar, drinking alone.
He thinks back to confronting Summer about letting his mother languish in jail, despite being able to secure Diane’s release with the knowledge of her innocence.
He remembers that Summer lied repeatedly to his face.
Audra walks up to Kyle and asks him if the seat beside him is taken.
Sharon’s House
Nick says he will go to the motel and rip Cameron apart with his bare hands.
Sharon says they have to be careful.
Nick says he’s got to pound Cameron into the ground until he gives up their daughter.
Victor knocks at the door, and Nick invites him in.
Nick says that Cameron has Faith and he needs Victor’s help. He shows Victor the picture of a tied-up Faith.
Victor says he’ll do anything to help.
Sharon tells Victor and Nick she has to be the one to face Cameron… Alone.
The Neil Winters Jazz Lounge
Audra sits beside Kyle and tells him they met at the gala.
Kyle says he remembers… She brought him his phone.
Audra says that night must have been tough on him since it was the night Phyllis “died.” She says she’s heard rumors about Phyllis.
Kyle says the rumors are probably true.
Audra asks if Phyllis faked her death and blamed Diane.
Kyle says he doesn’t like to talk about personal things like that.
Audra says that she’s there to listen if he needs a listening ear. She compares herself to a bartender… There to listen.
The Abbott Mansion
Summer says that maybe Diane hasn’t heard the whole story.
Diane asks if Summer is trying to talk Diane out of forgiving her. She asks Summer to tell her the whole story.
Summer says keeping Phyllis’s secret has hurt Kyle and Diane, and she could have gotten Diane released from jail sooner.
Diane says she knows what Summer had done.
Summer, incredulous, asks if Diane is ok with that.
Diane says she’s not ok with it, but Summer was in a tight spot with no other options.
She says she will do everything possible to make Kyle forgive Summer.
Summer thanks Diane.
Diane says no thanks necessary; she can’t stand to see Kyle and Summer’s relationship crumble because Phyllis manipulated Summer.
Sharon’s House
Victor tells Sharon that she may be walking into a trap if she goes to see Cameron.
Sharon thinks Cameron has taken precautions and is methodical in his madness.
Victor says that Sharon needs to arm herself.
Sharon says that arming herself might just set Cameron off. She says Cameron is delusional, but he’s not planning on hurting Sharon, though he’ll harm anyone else that gets in his way.
Sharon goes on to say that she’s the only one with the power to control the situation.
Society
Daniel says that Summer will go to any lengths necessary to keep Phyllis out of prison.
Lily says that sounds just like Summer.
Daniel says Summer wants to get his help, but he’s unsure what he can do. He says even if he wanted to turn in Phyllis, he wouldn’t be able to because she’s on the run again.
Lily says she’s sorry that Daniel’s stuck in the middle of it, but it might not hurt for Phyllis to do some time.
The Abbott Mansion
Diane tells Summer that she’s not attacking Phyllis, but Phyllis played a big role in Summer’s involvement.
Summer says that Stark was really the one who started things… Actually, thinking about it, Summer says it’s all because of Diane, since Stark came to town because of her.
Diane says that she didn’t bring Stark to town… Phyllis did.
Summer says that she won’t ever forgive Diane and leaves the house.
Sharon’s House
Nick says that Sharon will be going in to meet Cameron with backup.
Sharon says she has to go alone.
Victor says he found the number for a special ops guy specializing in rescue missions.
He thanks Sharon for risking her life to save Faith. Victor leaves Sharon and Nick to arrange things.
Sharon tells Nick that it’s taking everything she’s got to not fall apart because of Cameron. She says that Faith doesn’t have time for her to fall apart.

The Neil Winters Jazz Lounge
Kyle says the bartender makes the perfect Old Fashioned, and she’s probably a better listener than Audra is.
He says he’s wary of Audra; he’s heard she has ambitions.
Audra says that her ambitions are her best asset.
Kyle says he’s heard Audra will do anything she needs to in order to get the job done. He mentions that she used to be with Noah.
Audra says that Noah has moved on and found happiness.
Kyle asks if Audra has found happiness too.
Audra waves off the question.
Kyle says he’s going to drink… It’s Audra’s turn to talk. He asks her to tell her more about herself.
Audra says she came to Genoa City while she was working for Tucker. She says she had a brief stint at McCall, worked at Chancellor-Winters, and finally settled at Newman Media, where she’s happy to be working with Nate.
Audra tells Kyle that some people are afraid of their desires.
Kyle asks if she’s still talking about her job.
Audra smiles and says, “You tell me.”
Crimson Lights
Summer walks into the coffee shop, and Mariah sees her.
Mariah asks if Summer got the bouquet that she sent for Phyllis’s funeral.
Summer says she did. She thanks Mariah for her kindness.
Mariah asks what Summer did with the flowers… Did she send them back since Phyllis’s death was fake?
Summer says she’s not in the mood to talk; she came to the coffee shop to get herself a chamomile tea.
Mariah says that she never respected Summer before, but her opinion of her is worse now.
Summer says that it’s easy to judge someone when you haven’t been in their shoes.
Mariah says she’d probably do anything to help Sharon if she were in trouble, but she still doesn’t agree with what Summer did.
Sharon’s House
Nick tells Sharon says they’re getting Faith back, no matter what.
There’s a knock at the door. It’s Chance, and Nick lets him in.
Chance asks what happened.
Sharon says that Cameron has Faith. She shows the messages.
Chance thanks her for not keeping this from him. He says he found papers in Cameron’s hotel room showing he owned a property outside town.
Sharon asks Chance if he thinks that’s where Cameron is keeping Faith.
Society
Daniel asks Lily why she thinks that Phyllis should go to jail.
Lily says that when she was in prison, it made her realize that she’d done the wrong things, and she became a better person for it.
Daniel says that Lily was an ok person before going to prison.
Lily says she may be an exception, but she learned a lot, and it might be good for Phyllis to get a different perspective.
Crimson Lights
Summer says that Kyle must have vented to Mariah about how his relationship with Summer was deteriorating.
Mariah says he did. She says she hopes Summer doesn’t expect Mariah to take Phyllis’s side.
Summer asks if Mariah is on Summer & Kyle’s side as a couple. She asks if Mariah thinks that she belongs together with Kyle.
Mariah thinks Summer wants Mariah to tell Kyle to forgive her. She says that Summer needs to be accountable for her actions.
Summer says that talking with Mariah was a mistake; Mariah will never see Summer for who she is.
The Neil Winters Jazz Lounge
Kyle thanks Audra for giving him something to think about besides his problems.
Audra says he pulled one over on her by making her talk about herself instead of him.
She says she’ll consider it a success.
Kyle finishes his drink and leaves. He tells her to have a good night.
Sharon’s House
Nick asks where Chance found Cameron’s bag.
Chance says he found it behind the couch in Cameron’s hotel suite.
Nick thinks it was too easy to find… Maybe it’s a trap.
Chance tells them he’ll go check out the lead. He’ll let them know what he finds.
Nick and Sharon thank him, and Chance leaves.
Sharon asks what happens if Faith isn’t there.
Nick says they’re going to the motel if Chance doesn’t find her.
Crimson Lights
Mariah says that Kyle and Summer were happy before this, and she admires that Summer is an amazing mother to Harrison.
Summer thanks Mariah for saying that about her.
Mariah says that Summer has the same streak of recklessness as her mother, and she’ll probably never be able to convince Mariah that she’s good enough for Kyle.
Summer says Mariah shouldn’t officiate a vow renewal if she hates her so much.
Mariah says she doesn’t hate Summer. She tells Summer to give Kyle the time he needs because after what Summer has done, she might not be able to earn back his trust.
Summer leaves the cafe.
Sharon’s House
Nick says they’ll go to the motel with Victor’s security team and take Faith home.
He says that Sharon needs to be armed when she sees Cameron.
Nick brings Sharon a knife.
Sharon says she can’t meet Cameron with that in her hand.
Nick says they’ll tape it to her leg.
Sharon sits down and Nick tapes the knife on her leg.
Nick asks her how it feels, and she says it’s fine.
Society
Daniel tells Lily that he appreciates her opinion, but whatever happens, he doesn’t want to see Summer or Phyllis in jail.
Lily says she was just rationalizing in case it comes to that.
Daniel tells her not to apologize; it’s thoughtful in a perverse sort of way.
The Abbott Mansion
Summer comes home and is surprised to see Kyle there.
Summer tells Kyle that she’d read a book with Harrison and he really enjoyed it.
Kyle says he’s sorry he missed it.
Summer says she’s been thinking a lot and has much to say. She asks if they can talk now.
Kyle says not tonight. He heads upstairs.
Sharon’s House
Nick says he believes in Sharon.
Sharon says she believes in Nick too. She says maybe she can get Cameron to tell her where Faith is.
Nick says he’s going to the main house to arrange things with the security team. He says to meet him behind the house in 10 minutes.
Sharon and Nick hug, and he leaves.
Sharon checks the knife on her leg.
Cameron comes down the stairs and says, “Everyone’s gone. It’s just you and me.”
Sharon shrieks in dismay as she sees him.
