Tucker says that he’s more than happy to implement the changes she’s asked for, but he doesn’t think it’s good to get into a relationship based on manipulation.

Ashley looks a little disappointed and tells Tucker that she spoke with Victor and Victoria, and they accused her of buying his debt.
She says she didn’t reveal that she did, but Victor thinks she bought it, and Victoria thinks it was someone else.
She says that the Newmans are willing to pay top dollar for his company, more than it’s worth, and says that it would put him on top of the world with that type of money, all he has to do is pick up the phone and tell Victor he’s in.

Tucker asks if he’s passing the test, that he won’t sell to Victor, even though he’s walking away from a fortune.
He says that he’s only interested in a fresh start with the only two people that matter to him, Ashley and Devon, and getting rid of the company will help him achieve that goal.

Lily says that if Devon wanted a war, this is it.
Devon asks why Lily thinks he’s the only bad guy in this situation.

Elena asks what Audra thinks Victoria wants for Nate.
Audra says she was just kicked out of a meeting between the two.
Elena asks if that happens often.

Audra says that Victoria must really see something special with him, as they spend a lot of one-on-one time together.
