Last Episode
On the last episode of Y&R, Nick asked Adam to protect Sally, Mariah told Kyle to leave Summer, and Kyle told Chance where Phyllis was hiding out.
Crimson Lights
Nikki enters the coffee shop and sees Nick repairing the espresso machine.
She asks Nick if he’s calmed down since he talked to Victor.
Nick says he’s not over Victor dissing Sally.
Nikki says he needs to get his hand checked out; it may be broken.
Cameron’s GCAC Suite
Cameron looks in the mirror. He’s beaten up and bloody.
He thinks back to when Nick had threatened him and punched the wall, bruising his hand.
Devon & Abby’s Apartment
Abby and Devon come downstairs and talk about Dominic’s “musical” abilities.
Dominic says that Tucker sent a cute picture of Dominic at music class.
Abby says that Tucker hasn’t missed a single music class. She wonders if Tucker is trying to get an angle on them or whether he’s being sincere.
She thinks Tucker isn’t trustworthy where Ashley is concerned.
Devon says he needs to put his plan into action.
The GCAC Restaurant
Ashley tells Tucker they need to tell Abby and Devon about their engagement.
They both get a text saying they should meet Abby and Devon for dinner.
Ashley says they should accept the invitation.
Tucker wonders what will happen if Abby and Devon don’t accept their engagement. He asks if Ashley will put their marriage on hold indefinitely.
The Abbott Mansion
Diane tells Jack that promoting her could really put pressure on Ashley. She says she wants to work closely with Jack.
She says that their chief talent officer is retiring and thinks that would be a good position for her.
Jack says that it’s a perfect job for Diane; he can’t imagine someone who’s shrewder than Diane at reading people.
He says he’ll make it happen. They kiss and hug.
Chancellor Park
Summer meets Daniel and thanks him for meeting her.
Daniel asks what happened when Kyle found out about Phyllis.
Summer says that he freaked out and was going to call the police, so she got Phyllis out of the hotel.
Phyllis’s GCAC Suite
Chance tells Kyle that hotel security will give him the security footage and hopes that it’ll show Phyllis.
He says that it’s the second time that Kyle has come close to incriminating his wife and wonders if there’s anything Kyle wants to tell him.
Kyle says that the truth has to come out… Summer has known for weeks where Phyllis is.
The GCAC Restaurant
Ashley says they can’t be sure if Abby and Devon know they’re engaged, so they’ll cross that bridge when they come to it.
Tucker says it must be a friendly invitation for the four of them to get together.
Ashley says they had a fun time when they were last together.
Tucker says he loves fun stuff.
Ashley sends a reply that they’d be delighted to meet with Abby and Devon.
She says they should be open and honest with Devon and Abby about their upcoming marriage.
They get up and leave the club as they head to Society.
Devon & Abby’s Apartment
Devon says that Dominic’s settled with the nanny. He says his original plan was to spend one-on-one time with Tucker, but he’s happy that Abby is going to be coming with him.
Abby says that it will help to have her there. She says that she and Devon won’t let Tucker slip anything past them.
Chancellor Park
Daniel tells Summer that Phyllis is out there, and he doesn’t know where she is. He asks Summer why she helped Phyllis get away.
Summer says that Phyllis needed more time to figure out how to get out of the mess before she went to the police.
Chance comes into the park and says he’s done playing games… Where’s Phyllis?
Crimson Lights
Nick says he didn’t mean to snap at Nikki.
Nikki says that’s ok but asks if punching the wall solved anything.
Nick says it may not have solved anything but gave them time.
Nikki says that Nick should let the police and the security team take care of Cameron. She says that Cameron needs to be handled by professionals. She warns Nick that Cameron will try to hurt him in any way possible.
Cameron’s GCAC Suite
Cameron calls the police department and reports an assault.
Society
Tucker and Ashley meet with Devon and Abby at the restaurant.
Abby thanks Tucker for sending the pics of Dominic at his music class.
She says that the chef has outdone himself with the menu for the night.
They talk about what type of wine they should get for the table.
Ashley says she’s happy Devon and Ashley invited them for dinner. She says she has great news… Tucker and Ashley are getting married!
Abby and Devon look stunned.
Abby asks if their engagement is real or whether it’s for Jack & Diane’s “benefit.”
Tucker says it’s real, and they plan to get married soon.
The Abbott Mansion
Jack and Diane toast their new opportunities.
Kyle comes in and asks if Summer is home; he needs to talk to her.
Jack says Summer isn’t home and asks Kyle what’s wrong.
Kyle says he can’t keep it to himself any longer.

Chancellor Park
Daniel tells Chance he doesn’t know where Phyllis is.
Summer says she doesn’t know either.
Chance says he bets Summer gave Phyllis a warning and “hustled” her out of her suite at the Athletic Club.
Summer asks Daniel to give her and Chance some privacy.
Daniel says no, they’re in it together.
Summer says she doesn’t want him any deeper in trouble than he already is.
Daniel agrees and tells Chance to give Summer a fair shake. He leaves them to talk.
Chance says that he gave Summer the benefit of the doubt, but she’s digging the hole deeper.
He says they were supposed to help each other. He says their relationship was built on trust, but Summer doesn’t trust him, and he sure as hell doesn’t trust her.
Summer says that she doesn’t know where Phyllis is.
Chance says that he could arrest Summer right now. He lists off some charges, including aiding and abetting, as well as some others… He says Summer is playing a dangerous game.
Summer says that if she tells the police where Phyllis is, he has to promise she won’t be arrested.
Chance says Summer just admitted to knowing where Phyllis is.
His phone rings, and he takes a quick call.
Chance finishes the call, and Summer asks whether the call was about her mother.
Chance tells Summer that he won’t give her any information, since she won’t give him any. He leaves the park.
The Abbott Mansion
Kyle says that Phyllis was hiding out in a suite at the Athletic Club, and Summer knew about it and hid that information from him.
Diane and Jack are stunned.
Kyle says that Summer has known that Phyllis was alive for a long time before they became aware of it.
Society
Abby asks why they should think Tucker and Ashley’s engagement is real.
Tucker says he’s making a lifelong commitment.
Abby tells Ashley that she’s probably doing this to spite Diane.
Ashley says that Diane is dangerous.
Devon says that Diane is on trial for murder, so Ashley won’t have to worry about her for long.
Tucker laughs and says they haven’t heard… Phyllis faked her death, and Diane’s charges were dropped.
Devon and Abby are shocked by this news; they ask if it’s real.
Ashley says it’s real, and Diane is a bigger threat now that she’s free.
Crimson Lights
Chance comes into the coffee shop and tells Nick that he never listens to him.
Nick is confused and asks what Chance is talking about.
Chance asks Nick if he had a confrontation with Cameron.
Nick tells him that he went to Cameron’s hotel room, and they talked.
Chance says that they must have done more than talk… Cameron wants to press charges against Nick for battery.
Society
Devon tells Ashley that Diane is innocent and free, and Tucker and Ashley are trying to one-up her.
Ashley says that Diane is trying to take over Jabot. She says that Diane will get Jack to promote her and will wreak havoc on the company with her newfound power.
Abby asks if there’s something they’re missing… What’s Ashley planning?
Ashley asks them to keep what she’s going to tell them confidential. She says she needs Abby’s support as a member of the board.
Ashley tells Devon and Abby that she’s hiring Tucker to be part of the upper management team and is floating the idea of removing Jack as CEO of Jabot.
Abby says that Tucker must be behind Ashley’s reasoning. She says Tucker is using Ashley again to get his way.
Chancellor Park
Daniel asks Summer how things went with Chance.
Summer says Chance got a phone call and left… It was probably a lead about Phyllis. She says they might not see their mom again.
Daniel says that won’t happen… They can’t let it.
Crimson Lights
Nick tells Chance he showed up at Cameron’s hotel room, gave him a piece of his mind, and left.
Chance says he has to arrest Nick.
Nick says he didn’t hit Cameron; he just talked to him.
Chance says Nick should have let the police take care of it.
Cameron walks into the coffee shop and tells Chance that he should arrest his assailant at some point instead of just talking with him.
Society
Abby says that Tucker’s talk about being a changed man is a pack of lies.
Ashley says that Tucker had nothing to do with her plans for Jabot; he’s tried to talk her out of it.
Tucker says it’s true; he’s been trying to get her to walk away from Jabot, but if that’s what she wants, then he supports her completely.
Ashley says that Tucker really does support her, and he wants a real marriage. She says not to blame Tucker; she made the call.
Crimson Lights
Nick says that he’d like to shake the person’s hand that beat Cameron up.
Cameron says that Nick did it. He tells Chance to look at Nick’s knuckles.
Nick shows Chance his hand. He says that he punched the wall out of frustration.
Cameron says he hit the wall with his first punch, but the last three were on his face.
Society
Abby asks Tucker to forgive her… She didn’t realize that it was Ashley’s decision and thought Tucker was behind it.
Tucker says he doesn’t blame her for thinking that. He says if he were in her shoes, he would have thought the same.
Devon says he didn’t realize it, either, and he’s sorry.
Ashley says she’s happy to have Tucker’s support. She kisses him.
The Abbott Mansion
Kyle tells Diane and Jack that Summer had shut him out; he thought she was in pain, but she lied to him.
Jack says that Kyle did the right thing by talking to the police. He says Summer’s actions are inexcusable.
Diane says they should look at it from Summer’s point of view. She says that Summer was trying to protect her mother.
Kyle asks how Diane can be so understanding.
Diane says she doesn’t understand Phyllis’s actions but understands Summer.
She asks Kyle what would happen if the situation was reversed… Would he protect his mother over Summer’s mom?
Society
Devon asks if they should have some more drinks.
Tucker and Ashley say they’re going to leave, as they’ve given Devon and Abby a lot to absorb.
Abby tells Ashley she wants to talk in private about this… Not to fight, though; she wants to talk!
Ashley and Tucker leave, and Abby asks whose idea it was to have dinner… Oh, it was hers.
Abby says that she’s not sure which she should be worried about… Tucker using Ashley, or Ashley using Tucker.
The Abbott Mansion
Diane says that Phyllis could have prevented this ages ago. She says that Summer is as much of a victim as any of them.
Jack says Diane is a better person than he is.
Diane says she’s not, but they need to blame Phyllis if anyone. She tells Kyle that Summer has been hurt at Phyllis’s hand, and Summer deserves their forgiveness.
Kyle says Diane is amazing.
Diane says she’s not, but Summer and Kyle have something special, and she doesn’t want him to toss his marriage aside because Phyllis is such a narcissist.
Kyle says he’s not sure he can turn the other cheek. There are too many lies.
He says that Summer chose a lie over their marriage and wonders how he’s supposed to get past that.
Chancellor Park
Daniel says they need to think about their next move.
Summer says she and Daniel are losing their mom, and Summer says she’s losing her husband too.
She says that there’s no way to prove it was self-defense… Unless there was a witness who saw everything that happened that night.
Daniel says there was no witness; Summer knows that.
Summer says that the police don’t know that… What if there was someone willing to come forward for the right price… Someone who would swear they saw everything.
Crimson Lights
Chance says that he has to arrest Nick. He says that Cameron’s beaten up and Nick’s hands seem to be proof he did it.
Nick says he wants to go to the ranch first to protect Sharon.
Chance says he can’t. He handcuffs Nick, reads him his rights, and takes him to the station.
Cameron smiles as Nick is arrested.

Audra tells Kyle that some people are afraid of their own desires.
Sally is at dinner with Adam when she experiences severe stomach pain.
Sharon tells Nick that Cameron kidnapped Faith.
