On the last episode of Y&R, Nate & Victoria had sex in L.A., Elena planned her revenge with Audra, and Jack clashed with Tucker over moving in.
Newman Enterprises
Nick is going through some paperwork when Nikki comes in.
Nikki asks what he’s looking for.
Nick says he’s looking for the blueprints for the Abu Dhabi project.
Nikki quickly hands him the documents.
Nikki asks if Nick is leaving town with Victoria.
He says he isn’t.
Nikki says she heard that Adam and Sally are expecting a baby girl.
Sally’s Suite at the GCAC
Adam comes to Sally’s door. She asks if he’s her escort.
Adam looks confused.
Sally asks if he’s there because Victor asked to see her.
The Abbott Mansion
Summer comes into the living room looking distressed.
She thinks of when Phyllis had come to her at the park and how she was scared of never seeing Phyllis again.
Kyle sees her in thought, and she sees him and gives him a hug.
Crimson Lights
Elena meets Audra in the coffee shop.
Audra says she wasn’t sure if Elena was coming.
Elena says Audra doesn’t usually have good news for her.
Audra says that’s changed… She’s tracked down J.T. Hellstrom.
Victoria’s Hotel Room in L.A.
Nate and Victoria are in bed together, and Nate asks if she’d like some breakfast.
Victoria says she knows what she wants already… Avocado toast.
Nate says that Avocado is an aphrodisiac.
Victoria says that is just a rumor started by the Avocado growers.
She kisses Nate and her phone rings. She turns it off and asks Nate what he wants.
Nate says trying to stay away from Victoria makes things very complicated.
Sally’s Hotel Suite
Adam says he’s not his father’s errand boy.
Sally apologizes, she just thought he was there due to the timing of her call from Victor.
Adam asks how this “date” with Victor came about.
Sally says that Victor just called her out of the blue.
Adam wonders why she sounded afraid when she mentioned meeting with Victor. He says that Victor’s not nice, and the scars could last a lifetime.
Sally says that if Adam’s not there because of Victor, he should explain himself.
Newman Enterprises
Nick asks if Nikki knew that Victor tried to poach Nick from Newman and from Sally.
Nikki asks if he turned Victor down. She says that if she’d known what Victor was planning, she would have nipped it in the bud. She says that the relationship between Sally and Adam was really perfect.
Nick asks whose side she’s on.
The Abbott Mansion
Kyle says he remembers when they used to hug like this all the time.
Summer says they should do it more often.
Kyle asks how her errand went.
Summer lets go of him and sits down on the couch, and Kyle sits next to her.
She says she’ll tell him some other time.
Kyle says he promises to back off on her as long as she doesn’t move into the guest room.
He says they can grow old together just sitting on the couch together, and asks if she blames him for his mother’s actions.
Summer says she doesn’t blame him at all.
Kyle says that he doesn’t blame Summer for thinking that Diane killed Phyllis.
Summer looks guilty.
Sally’s Hotel Suite
Adam says he wants to build a trust.
Sally asks if he means that he wants to build trust between them.
Adam laughs and says he meant to build a trust fund for the baby.
Sally says the baby doesn’t even have a name.
Adam says the baby has the Newman name. He talks to Sally’s belly and tells the bump that she’s going to have everything she wants in the world.
He says that Sally doesn’t have to worry about their child wanting anything.
Sally says she doesn’t worry, and she believes that true worth comes from within.
Adam says she already has Sally and Adam will be wrapped around her little finger, so she’ll be fine.
Sally says that they have time until the baby comes, but for now… Victor is waiting.
She motions for Adam to leave, and he does.
Newman Enterprises
Nikki says that Victor wants the best for everyone in the family.
She asks how long Sally can keep Adam out of her life.
Nick says they’re setting boundaries.
Nikki says flowers will bloom where they want.
Nick says that Nikki should worry about her own life, not his love life. He says that Adam needs to figure out his own life.
Victoria’s Hotel Room
Nate says that being with Victoria wasn’t on the itinerary for this trip.
Victoria says that the best things in life sometimes just happen accidentally.
Nate says he betrayed Elena and doesn’t want to be the person who lies to his girlfriend.
Victoria says she understands and says he didn’t need to do this and wonders why they did it.
Crimson Lights
Elena video calls J.T. Hellstrom.
J.T. answers and says he heard she wanted to talk about a podcast.
Elena says that she wants to tell a story about his brain tumor.
J.T. says it changed his life and everyone around him.
He says he’s not crazy about the idea of talking about that time, but if the request came from Victoria, he’ll hear her out.
The Abbott Mansion
Kyle says the cops and the D.A. have tunnel vision on his mother’s case. He says that he needs to find proof of his mother’s innocence.
Summer says she wants to be involved, in fact, she is involved.
She says she doesn’t want to sleep in the guestroom and doesn’t want to talk about things like Diane and Phyllis right now.
Kyle says it’ll just take forgiveness and time between them.
Crimson Lights
Elena says that Victoria prefers to stay in the background.
J.T. says when he had the tumor, he did things he isn’t proud of and doesn’t really want to talk about it.
Elena says that a lot of people would be inspired by his story of success in overcoming his illness.
J.T. thinks about it for a minute and says he’d be happy to do the podcast.
Elena says that she will book his flight and hotel room.
JT looks startled and says that he won’t come back to Genoa City ever again.
Victoria’s Hotel Room
Victoria and Nate talk as they have room service in bed.
Victoria says Nate seems to like her.
Nate says he really likes her, and that’s part of the problem. He says that he feels more for her than just physical attraction.
Victoria asks what they’re going to do now.

The Abbott Mansion
Kyle and Summer snuggle on the couch.
Kyle says he’s enjoying holding her and having her all to himself.
Summer says she wishes they could stay like this forever.
She says that the second they move, the real world rushes in, and it’s not as fun as it used to be.
Kyle says they just won’t move then. He asks if she’s hungry.
Summer says she should be.
Kyle says he’ll take care of it. He calls out for Traci, for anyone. Nobody answers.
Summer laughs and says he has to take care of it himself.
Kyle goes to the kitchen, and Summer thinks of her mother saying that she either saves Diane, or she saves Phyllis.
Summer grabs her purse and runs out the front door without saying a word to Kyle.
Newman Enterprises
Nick says that he and Sally are on great terms.
Nikki says that if Sally breaks his heart, she’ll be in a world of trouble.
Adam comes in and asks if he can talk to Nick.
Nikki says she’s heard that Adam is expecting a girl and congratulates him.
Adam thanks her, and Nikki leaves.
Nick says that if it’s about McCall, he’s not involved.
Adam says it’s about Victor.
Society
Sally comes into the restaurant and meets with Victor.
Victor congratulates her on the baby girl she’s having.
Sally says they’re excited and thanks him.
Victor says that his sons have a penchant for falling in love with the same person.
Sally asks why he’s asked her there.
Victor says he wants to talk about his grandchild.
Victoria’s Hotel Room
Nate says he wanted to build a career, rebuild ties with Devon, and be the man he used to be.
Victoria says now he’s in a hotel with the wrong woman.
Nate says that she’s the right woman, but it’s the wrong time.
Victoria says that she needs to get in touch with the people who make time machines.
Nate laughs and says being with her is so easy.
Vic says that he doesn’t have to pretend to be anyone with her.
She says that Elena is the last vestiges of his life from when he was in the medical field.
Nate says that being with Vic means lying to everyone else in his life.
Victoria asks him if he wants to be true to himself or whether he wants to be happy.
Crimson Lights
Elena says J.T. did those things under the influence of a brain tumor, and nobody will blame him for it.
JT says he won’t come back to Genoa City, he’ll do it remotely or not at all.
Elena asks him to take some time, think about it, and to call her back and let her know.
JT scoffs and says he will.
Elena ends the call.
Society
Sally says she doesn’t know much about parenting, but she’s heard it’s a learn-as-you-go situation.
Victor asks if she has family or friends to lean on.
Sally says she can always video call relatives, and she has Chloe to rely on.
Victor says she was abandoned by her mother and raised by her grandmother.
He says he had a similar childhood and wants the child to grow up surrounded by a caring and nurturing family.
Sally says that he didn’t have any of those things, and look at him now.
Victor says that nothing should interfere with Sally’s career either… She’s gifted and talented, and he’s sorry that he interfered in her bid for Jill’s design business.
Sally says that it’s a temporary bump in the road… She’s making her way through it.
Victor says she’s gifted and talented. He has a proposal for her.
Newman Enterprises
Adam says he stopped by Sally’s earlier.
Nick asks why he did that… Was there an appointment he didn’t know about?
Adam says he wanted to set up a trust for the baby and wanted to clear it with Sally first… He didn’t want to step on any toes.
Nick says Adam said it was about Victor… What’s up?
Adam says that Victor had set up a meeting with Sally.
Nick almost runs from the room to go to intervene between Sally and Victor, but Adam stops him from leaving.
Victoria’s Hotel Room
Victoria says they’ll start by being fully clothed in each other’s presence, and they’ll never be alone together.
Nate says that sounds reasonable, but wonders what Victoria will do when she starts blushing as she remembers what they’d done together.
Victoria says she’s going to take a shower. By herself, and he shouldn’t look.
She drops her robe, and Nate pretends to avert his eyes.
Crimson Lights
Audra asks Elena how things went with J.T.
Elena says that J.T. won’t come to Genoa City, he said that he would only agree to do the podcast remotely.
Audra says she has to get J.T. there, he’ll get Victoria’s attention onto her former husband, and everything will be as it should be.
Elena says that would take too long, she’s going to make it short and sweet. She’s going to L.A. to find out what’s going on.
She leaves the coffee shop.
Newman Enterprises
Nick asks why Adam doesn’t want him to see Sally.
Adam says that if he goes to see her, she’ll think that Nick doesn’t think that she can handle Victor on her own.
Nick says he guesses Adam is right. He says Sally knows that they won’t do anything to hurt her or the baby. He thanks Adam for letting him know about Victor’s meeting with Sally.
Adam says there’s nothing he wouldn’t do for Sally and the baby.
Society
Victor says he’ll fully finance any business venture that Sally wants to get into, no strings attached.
Sally says that’s generous, but she gets it… She says that he’s trying to say that if he backs her, she can’t stay in Genoa City.
Victor says that’s right, she can do it anywhere.
Sally says he thought she wanted his granddaughter to be in his life.
Victor says that he wants her to grow up on the ranch, surrounded by family.
Sally says “Surrounded by family, but not by me, huh?”
Victor nods. He says that he’ll leave her with that thought, and hopes she’ll make the right decision for herself and her baby.
He thanks her for meeting him, gets up, and leaves the restaurant.
