Last Episode
On the last episode of Y&R, Cameron attacked Nick and left him bloodied, while Adam brought a terrified Sally to the hospital.
The Genoa City Memorial Hospital
Elena tells Sally that her blood pressure is elevated. She asks what symptoms Sally has been experiencing.
Sally says she’s nauseous and has double vision.
Adam reminds her that she’s also having problems catching her breath.
Elena asks if she’s on a pre-eclampsia protocol.
Sally says she is. She suddenly clutches her stomach and groans in pain.
Sharon’s House
Sharon worries that she told Cameron to go to hell. She worries that Cameron will hurt Faith.
Nick says Faith will be ok.
Sharon asks how they’ll find Faith if they don’t know where he’s keeping her.
Chance shows up, and Nick tells him how Cameron escaped through a tunnel.
Chance asks Sharon what Cameron said when he was there.
Sharon says that Cameron said he loved her and wanted her to go away with him, and she said she would do it in order to save Faith.
Chance says they have to think like Cameron. He brought Cameron’s suitcase so they could figure out where Faith is being kept.
Nick, Sharon, and Chance go through the bag.
Sharon finds something… “What’s this?”
The Sewers
Faith lies on the floor of what looks to be an underground storm sewer pump room, the sound of dripping water all around. She’s tied up and gagged.
Cameron paces around and sees Faith is awake.
He tells Faith that she deserves better and her mother let her down.
Cameron tells Faith she’s as beautiful as his mom. It’s not Faith’s fault that her mom is a bitch.
He tells Faith that he’s loved Sharon for 20 years. He loves Sharon’s heart, Sharon’s mind, and Sharon’s face.
Faith glares at him as he talks. She works on getting her hands untied.
Cameron says that Sharon had lied to him and led him on. He says the moment his back was turned, Sharon tried to kill him.
Cameron takes a scarf out of his pocket and sniffs it.
He tells Faith he still loves Sharon.
Sharon’s House
Sharon discovers a false bottom in the duffle bag. She finds some clothing of hers in the bottom compartment.
Chance and Nick pull out some blueprints of the storm drains that run right underneath the ranch.
Sharon’s phone rings.
She picks up. It’s Cameron. Sharon asks where Faith is and tells Cameron she wants to hear Faith’s voice.
Cameron says that’s not possible. He tells Sharon that Faith is alive… For now.
Sharon begs Cameron to let Faith go; she’ll do whatever he wants.
Cameron says it’s a little late for that.
Sharon says she’ll run away with Cameron if that’s what he wants.
Cameron says that words drip from her mouth like honey. He says she’ll get Faith back, but he can’t guarantee her condition.
He says Faith is where Sharon expected to find Cameron’s dead body last time.
The Genoa City Memorial Hospital
Adam asks Elena if there’s anything he can do.
Elena tells Adam that she is going to get an OB-GYN. She tells Adam that he should wait and talk with Sally, and she leaves the room.
Sally makes a joke that things aren’t going as planned. She says she’s really scared.
Adam reassures Sally that the best doctors around will care for her and the baby.
Sally worries that she did something wrong to cause this.
Adam says she didn’t do anything to cause the problem. He says they’re having a summer baby, which means that the holidays are approaching.
He talks about how their daughter will need a costume for Halloween and how he wants to make pies with her.
Sally says they’ll make those pies… There’s only one problem. She’s never been good at baking.
Adam says they’ll fix that problem.
Elena comes into the room and says that the doctor is on the way and she’s going to give Sally some magnesium sulfate, which should help Sally feel better.
Sally asks if it’s safe for the baby.
Elena says the magnesium sulfide is safe, but the doctors are concerned about Sally’s liver enzymes and platelet count, and there’s a chance they’ll have to induce labor.
Sally says that it’s too early in her pregnancy to induce labor.
Elena asks Adam to leave, as she has to perform an examination on Sally.
Adam reassures Sally that she’s in good hands.
Sally asks Adam to call Nick and let him know that she’s in the hospital.
Adam says he’ll call.
As Adam is leaving the room, Sally tells him that Hope is a beautiful name.
Adam smiles and walks into the corridor.
Sharon’s House
Chance asks Sharon what Cameron said to her on the phone.
Sharon says that Cameron has Faith somewhere in the sewers and that Cameron said Faith is almost out of oxygen.
Chance looks at the blueprints and says he knows where Cameron is. He points out a spot and says Cameron must be holding Faith there.
Nick and Chance tell Sharon that they’re going to go find Faith and will take care of Cameron. They tell Sharon to stay in the house while they go.
Sharon refuses to stay at home, saying she knows Cameron and has to be there to help save Faith.
The Sewers
Cameron tells Faith that the name Sharon means “Fertile plains”. He says that he wanted a pack of kids with Sharon.
Faith just glares at him.
Cameron tells Faith she could help him with Sharon… She could remind Sharon that Cameron and Sharon belong together. He says they could be a real family.
He tells Faith that she could learn to love him as much as she thinks she loves her real dad.
Cameron says that he’s sorry about the cat, and that he’ll buy her a new one.
Cameron works on some device and plugs some wires into it.
He says if Faith plays nice, he’ll take the gag off.
Faith nods to him.
Cameron takes her gag off and says, “See? I’m not that scary.”
He tells Faith that Sharon is kind and takes care of people, but Nick is a son-of-a-bitch.
Faith says that Cameron can’t be half the man that Nick is.
Cameron warns her to watch her mouth. He gets a bottle of water from a cooler in the corner and offers it to her.
Faith asks how she can be sure that the water isn’t poisoned.
Cameron rolls his eyes and takes a drink from the bottle. He starts talking about true love.
He says there’s only one bump in the road between him and Sharon being together… Nick. He says that Nick needs to die, and then he can be Faith’s dad.
He puts the bottle to Faith’s mouth and tells her to drink.
She resists, and he forces her to take a drink.
Faith spits the water in Cameron’s face.
Cameron wipes his face and tells Faith that she shouldn’t have done that.
The Genoa City Memorial Hospital
Adam calls Nick and leaves a voicemail. He says that Sally needs him, she’s in the hospital.
He makes another call to Victor and asks his dad if he knows where Nick is.
Victor says Nick is dealing with that scumbag, Cameron. He asks if Adam’s calling about Sally.
Elena walks up to Adam, and Adam tells Victor that he has to go. He hangs up, leaving Victor wondering.
Elena tells Adam that Sally has fallen unconscious and she’s at extreme risk for placental abruption, which could be fatal for both Sally and the baby.
She tells Adam that he needs to make a choice… Do they save the baby, or do they save Sally?

The Sewer
Cameron wipes his face with a scarf.
Faith asks if that’s her mother’s scarf. She tells Cameron that he’s crazy.
Cameron grabs her by the face and says she shouldn’t call him that. He starts ranting about how hard he’s working to manifest his destiny.
He says that Nick got into Sharon’s head and turned her against him, but he needs to remind her that she loves him.
Faith asks why he’s trying to take Sharon away from her happy life.
Cameron says she needs love, the type of love that only Cameron can give her… The type Sharon begged for.
Faith says he’s a monster.
There’s a sound like a door being rattled, and they both look toward the source of the sound.
Cameron says it’s show time.
Faith turns her head to the door and yells that it’s a trap and not to come in. She tells them to run.
She turns back to talk to Cameron, but he’s disappeared.
The Genoa City Memorial Hospital
Adam tells Elena that he can’t make a decision like this… How is he to decide between Sally and the baby?
Elena says that he has to, the baby is in distress, and Sally could hemorrhage and bleed to death.
Adam says he can’t make that decision.
Elena says time is of the essence, he has to decide.
Adam asks for some time with Sally, and Elena reluctantly says he can have two minutes with her.
Adam walks into the room with Sally and kisses her on the forehead.
He sits down and says that he remembers the first time he knew that Sally would turn his life upside down in the best way possible.
He says that he never should have broken up with her, and he’s the last guy who should be making life-and-death decisions for her.
He begs her to wake up and tell him how to handle this.
He tears up and says that he knows what she would want.
Elena comes in and says that it’s time… Has Adam made a decision?
She says if he’s not ready to make this call, the doctors will.
Adam nods his head with tears in his eyes.
Sharon’s House
Victor and Nikki come into the house and call out for Nick or Sharon. There’s no answer.
Victor says that he got a call from Adam asking where Nick was.
Nikki asks if it had to do with Sally, and the fact that Nick isn’t answering is concerning.
She looks around and wonders what happens… The house is a mess! She picks up the sewer blueprints and gasps.
Victor calls Nick and leaves a voicemail.
The Sewers
Sharon runs into the pump room and sees Faith. She asks if Faith is ok.
Faith says she’s ok, but Cameron’s crazy.
Sharon unties Faith, and Nick rushes Faith out of the room.
Sharon goes to run after Nick and Faith, but Cameron runs up to Sharon and grabs her.
Cameron holds a knife to Sharon’s throat and tells her that she’s not going anywhere.
The Genoa City Memorial Hospital
Adam asks Elena how Sally is.
Elena says they were able to stabilize her.
Adam asks about the baby.
Elena says she’s sorry, but there was no way to save them both.
Adam walks into the other room and cries.
Sharon’s House
Victor is talking to one of his security team. He tells the man that he’s fired, and the security guard leaves.
Nikki tells Victor that Cameron’s in the sewer system.
Victor grumbles and opens the door to leave.
Nikki asks where Victor is going.
Victor says he’s going to the sewers. He leaves.
The Sewers
Nick tells Cameron to let Sharon go.
Cameron laughs and says it’s just like old times.
Nick lunges at Cameron.
Cameron says that he can’t punch him or push him out of an airplane this time.
Sharon tells Cameron that they can solve this problem.
Cameron says he’s not stupid, he’s in control.
Faith begs Cameron not to hurt her mom.
Cameron says that love hurts, and that’s a fact of life.
Nick says to let Sharon go, and they’ll solve things man-to-man.
Cameron sneers and says that Nick has no idea what man-to-man means. He says Nick has to decide whether Faith or Sharon lives, and if he can’t decide, both of them die.
Nick tells Faith to leave; he’ll handle the situation.
Cameron laughs and says not so fast… He tells Nick to look under Faith’s sweatshirt.
Faith lifts up her sweatshirt and reveals that she has explosives strapped to her.
Cameron says he’ll blow Faith to pieces or slit Sharon’s throat; it’s Nick’s call.
The Genoa City Memorial Hospital
Sally wakes up and sees Adam in the room with her.
Adam says he wouldn’t go anywhere. He says that things will be ok.
Sally asks about the baby.
The Sewers
Cameron asks Nick again… Is it going to be Sharon or Faith? He tells them to look down, as he has a detonator under his foot.
Nick calls Cameron a son-of-a-bitch.
Cameron says he’s an son-of-a-bitch, for sure. He says he’s tired of losing, and now it’s Nick’s turn to lose.
Sharon starts grabbing for the knife taped to her leg.
Cameron continues ranting and tells Nick that the clock’s ticking.
Sharon takes the knife out and slashes Cameron across the arm.
Cameron gasps, and Sharon manages to escape his grasp.
Sharon stabs Cameron in the chest.
Cameron staggers and falls onto his hands and knees.
He says, “How do I love thee? Let me count the ways!”
He collapses, his hand inches away from the detonator.
Next week on The Young and the Restless
Billy, Ashley, and Jack all get a message from Traci asking to call a board meeting.
Sally tells Adam that he’s the reason their baby is dead.
Chance examines the explosives strapped to Faith and says they need to be deactivated one at a time. Nick asks if Chance can do it.
