Crimson Lights
Tucker comes into the lobby of Crimson Lights and makes a call to Devon making sure that they’re still on to meet.
Diane shows up. Tucker is surprised she’s still in town, as Jeremy Stark has been released.

Diane says that she’s not going anywhere.
She says that Jack and Kyle are on her side, so she’s not afraid.

She asks why he’s hiding behind the ladies, allowing them to do his dirty work, all because she couldn’t give him any information on Jabot.
He says she’s very resourceful, and could have found a way if she wanted to. He says she had no want to fulfill their part of the deal.

Diane reiterates that she’s not leaving town. She says he’s a real bastard.
Tucker laughs and says he knows he is. He says that with Phyllis’s recklessness, he’s sure they’ll come up with a plan to get her out of town.

He says that Ashley doesn’t want to hurt Diane, but she wants her to leave town. He says that Diane is being selfish, putting other people at risk.
Diane tells him that he should get over himself, and realize that she could be his ally.

He says that she’s just going to drive a wedge between Ashley and Jack. Diane says that he’s trying to get her to do that so that he can get Ashley alone.

Devon comes in, and Tucker introduces her to him. They leave together, leaving Diane alone.
She texts Jack, asking if they’re on for Dinner. He says yes, and to meet her at his place.

Abbott Mansion
Phyllis comes in and says that she used a burner phone to call Jeremy Stark. Nikki and Ashley jump down her throat about doing it without talking to them first.

Ashley says she made a stupid mistake, and asks what she told Jeremy.
Phyllis says that she told him that she knows he’s been released, and Diane made a deal with the feds that got him arrested in the first place.

She says that he was very nice on the phone, and he asked how his “old pal” Diane Jenkins was.
She says that she told him that she was right there in Genoa City.

Ashley says that before Phyllis showed up, that she was talking it over with Nikki and they had their doubts that contacting Jeremy Stark was a good idea.
Phyllis says, “Don’t you think it’s a bit late for that?” She says that she’s gone through so much to get rid of Diane, and they have too.

She says that Jack has been duped by her, and that they wanted to use Stark to get her out of town.
Ashley and Nikki say they’re not sure this is the right way to do it.

Phyllis says that she’s playing the victim, and Nikki says that they hate it too, but they don’t even know if Diane really turned Stark into the feds.
Ashley asks what would happen if Jeremy Stark decides to come after them, since they don’t know what will happen if they’re wrong about Diane setting him up.

The doorbell rings, and Diane shows up.
Ashley lets her in, and Diane looks around. “Oh, I see the whole coven is here.”

She says that they need to talk. She says that their efforts to run her out of town have failed, they’ve only made her family gather around her.
They ask what she’s there for. She says that she’s been invited to dinner. They sneer and leave the house.

As she’s leaving, Phyllis tells her to make sure to enjoy herself.
As Diane is prepping herself to meet Jack, the doorbell rings. She goes to open the door.

It’s Jeremy Stark.
“Well hello Diane, did you miss me?”

Diane looks like a deer caught in the headlights as he greets her.

Adam explains that he still wants the same thing… He wants her, and her alone.
She says she wants him to, and Adam leans in to kiss her. She responds, and they kiss.
